Please don’t waste your money at this spa. It was extremely overpriced for the very poor service that I received. My massage therapist, I believe her name was Victoria, seemed annoyed to be there. Also her phone rang during my massage. The room was brightly lit and not even remotely relaxing. It was the worst massage experience I’ve ever had and twice the cost.

The only positive part was relaxing by the swimming pool at the actual hotel after the massage.

I highly recommend finding another spa and not making the same expensive mistake that I did.

The people who work here are great. Diane did a great job with massage.

George, is the person who helps book appointments, is always looking to mint money from you. The management that he performs is horrible. The cost of the services aren’t cheap, and you expect someone who is talking to you and providing information with Integrity. The way he talks is very rude.

1. He scheduled our appointments by being very pushy. Then he incorrectly explained all treatments. He was very rude and disrespectful to the Diane who was treating me very respectful after the treatments.
2. The massage he booked was specifically told to be deep tissue and the last minute the masseuse said, he can’t do deep tissue, and George words- ‘this is what he can do, what do you want? Do you want the service or not’ loudly in the spa. Zero etiquette.

This Spa is mediocre. Definitely not luxurious. All the amenities they offer small. They are very overpriced for what they offer. Beware of what you book! I booked what I thought was a massage with a body treatment, and ended up with nothing but a metal wand being rubbed on my hips. For over $250. My therapist spoke the whole time, despite my intake paperwork requesting a quiet session. I’ll never go back. In the process of trying to contact the manager, but they don’t return their phone calls. I left feeling douped and robbed and disappointed.

Absolutely amazing experience here at the spa. Our massage therapists, Carmen and Josie were outstanding. We have had massages at a couple of places here at Sedona but these two were amazing. They made our experience so much better.
The spa was super clean, and the staff was very friendly. The oils they used were also very good.
I would definitely recommend going here.

STAY FAR AWAY from this place. I booked a trip for my daughter and I MONTHS in advance. We got here and they do not give you the full time you book and pay for AND even though I requested a female therapist months in advance they gave me a male therapist. And said they could do nothing about it. Completely ruined our girls trip. And they are WAY over prices

I had the most amazing time at this spa. I had Lisa for my facial and she was such a joy. She helped me find ways to relieve my sinus pressure and always made sure I was comfortable during the treatment. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing massage or facial.

I have to give this place a 2 because I have had significantly better treatments at luxury spas for 1/4 of the price. Considering how much my friends and I spent, we were expecting more. The spa was smaller than I was anticipating, which is fine, and makes it intimate, but the spa locker rooms are a little older and outdated. The front desk people were incredibly kind, and I’m glad for that. I received a sun and moon facial and a lot of it felt rushed and a bit sloppy. Typically, when I get facials, the technician gently massages the serums and products into your face for deeper penetration, whereas the technician I had, it felt as though they’d slap it on and rub the products around real fast, making the experience sub par. My friend who got a massage, had a technician with a bad attitude sighing and rolling her eyes when calling my friends name, and our treatments didn’t last the allotted time they were supposed to last. One of our friends did have an immaculate experience, so I’m happy for her, but that consistency needs to be immaculate throughout and not dependent on which technician you’re paired with. I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately, it’s not the place for me.

The spa was nice enough but the facial was bad. Maybe I shouldn’t have come at 4pm but the esthetician was obviously hurrying. She’d slap away the applications rather than using a warm towel and slowly removing them. She was loud, clanking the bottles closed and setting them down. Applying the creams, she made no effort to avoid my eyes and just haphazardly put them on. She obviously didn’t read the form I filled out either with my preferences. It was not relaxing at all and cost $200. My friend walked out of her massage halfway through because her lady was rude and huffing and puffing. They didn’t make her pay which was nice.
