The pillows and bed were so comfortable!! And the amenities for the shower smelt so good! It was White Tea according to the bottle!||Also, the friendly staff Tim and Nicole! They were both welcoming and Tim was so great about taking great care of us with offering snacks like apples. He even gave me a water bottle when I asked about water for my water bottle. I feel nowadays great guest service is rare! So when I recognize exceptional guest service, I take the time to write a great review about the person. Tim is the man!

I stayed for 3 nights. When we saw housekeeping in the hall she asked if I wanted our room clean, I said no just some fresh towels. No towels when we came back for the day. On the day of checkout I called down and asked for help with luggage, waited 30 minutes and just decided to do it myself. No restaurant on the property which is fine. There is a small coffee shop that was very very very slow. It took 30 minutes to put in an order and get a cold brew.

I’m glad I paid with credit card points and not cash. I would never pay almost $300 a night to stay there.

Antoine who helped us with the valet on our last day was SO GOOD! He was so kind, professional, and even uplifting! ||We have enjoyed every last interaction with the hotel staff as well. They showed us so much kindness, so much professionalism, and we are so grateful. ||Our maintenance man, Don, helped when we had a problem. Kevin, a security guard on our floor was so kind and caring. ||This trip was wonderful, and I would recommend the Westin to anyone!

We love that the room had little kitchenette. Also there were two TVs seperately in where you sleep and where you would eat. The complimentary breakfast is decent.
We wish the EV chargers in the parking lot had been working but overall we enjoyed our stay and will come back for next time we are in Birmingham.

I only stay here due to my company having a contract with this hotel. I would never spend my money here. This was once a very nice hotel. It is now showing signs of neglect. Amenities missing on a regular basis in the rooms. General wear and tear with worn carpet in the hallways. The hotel restaurant can’t stay in business. They’ve switched restaurants several times but it continues to close and is now appears to be permanently closed. Morning front desk was staff extremely rude

Very nice and comfortable room, staff very helpful along with valet Antoine super friendly and represents the hotel very professionally. ||Not sure if I will stay here again though, after checking in at 9pm was going to grab a late dinner at the restaurant after a long day of travel however the hotel HAS NO RESTAURANT. I have never in 2000 Marriott nights had a full service hotel not have a restaurant

I recently stayed at Wetin Hotel in Birmingham, and I have to say, the experience left a lot to be desired. First off, the pricing feels excessive for a location that doesn’t see much foot traffic. To make matters worse, they charge for parking—completely absurd given how empty the lot was. It’s a sign that they aren’t exactly flooded with guests, so why the extra fee?

The front desk staff, unfortunately, didn’t elevate the experience either. I asked multiple times for recommendations on places to eat or grab a drink, and the receptionist could only respond that she doesn’t go out much. While personal preference, working in hospitality should come with at least a basic knowledge of local spots for guests.

As for the rooms, they were underwhelming, and the hallways had an unpleasant odor that made the stay even less inviting. Overall, Wetin Hotel did not live up to expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend it unless some serious improvements are made

The bell hop service was amazing. He was willing to serve and not afraid to share his story! We LOVED Antoinne and thank him for all he did to help us. He wanted to make sure we did not struggle or even lift a bag. He listened to us and was such a gentleman.
