Amazing Greek food. I had the Gyro burger and I highly recommend it! The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was brought to our table in a short amount of time. Really a great place!

If you are looking for a wonderful place to have something to eat, and are in the mood for some Greek food, then head to "The Village" in Sycamore, IL.

Me and my husband just had their food for the first time and let me tell you, we both said wow, the moment we tried our appetizer and throughout the whole meal.

We ordered the saganaki to start and we were surprised with the delicious lemon flavor the cheese had, it was like the perfect marriage between lemon, cheese and the delicious spices they out on the cheese.

My chicken Souvlaki was so tender and well seasoned that it left me wanting more. It was beautifully accompanied with a delicious avgolemono soup, which was so silky and luxurious with a delicious lemon flavor. My husband regretted not getting it.

His Gyro platter dinner was also so good, i usually am not a fan of Gyros, but this one was the best ones i have had.

I hope, if you are in the area, you give this place a chance, me and my husband will definitely go back for more of their delicious food.

I got the Souvlaki dinner, one pork, one chicken. I think the pork was far better, and I love chicken. My wife got the lamb chops and they were good as well. It's really nice they have lemon cucumber water on a beverage table. (Can be unsettling for some post-covid as it's self serve.)

We tried out The Village last night and ¡Wowsa! on how fresh & tasty the food was. Plus, it was just a sweet little place to hang out. Clean. Friendly & helpful staff. Eating areas inside & out creatively arranged to resemble a sunny little Greek garden. Ty!

I went today for the first time and everything was so good! The staff were friendly and efficient. The food was fresh and good. The portions were perfect. I appreciate that they have lunch specials. I will be back for sure!

Found this place on line and have to whole heartedly agree with other reviews. Food was excellent and decor is perfect! Clean, airy and well decorated. Good sized portions make it a great value. We will be back. Really hope this place succeeds.

So goodddd!!!!!! I love their soup (especially on cold days) and their chicken is cooked so well!!!!!!! Not to mention their spicy feta is so flavorful!!!!!! If there is one restaurant you need to try in sycamore this is the place!!!
