Everything was great loved this place! I recently booked for a birthday party for my daughter. I have a big family and it was perfect very spacious, clean bathrooms, the owner Cynthia was very kind and accommodating answered all my questions. Parking available in the back they can help with decor, balloons, bouncy house, I really recommend this place!

Terrible experience. I paid to be a vendor at the venue’s Christmas pop up shop. They had no actual space for me. I was told I was going to have a 6ft table with two chairs, my table cover with my logo was fitted for a 6ft table. The owner made no real effort to accommodate me. She asked if this Huge round table was okay. Then gave me two little square wooden tables to put together because I told her no. The Two wooden tables were placed in front of the huge wooden table with no room to do anything. The area where I was assigned had no space to do what i was supposed to do. The area assigned to me was literally right next to the trash can. Prior to this, I was told that I was going to receive an email about the event and didn’t receive anything.

Was i late? Yes. Regardless, they took a payment for a vendor to be there. Late or not, it shouldn’t have been a “first come first serve situation”. On the GPS, I was given the location even though the address was the correct address. I had to use a different GPS system in order to find The Venue.

If they overbooked vendors then they should’ve said that and given me my money back. This was my first pop up event, so I was extremely excited, shared the event for friends and family to come. I had to call family and friends to tell them that i was not going to be there unfortunately. It was truly disappointing.

I do not suggest ever having an event here. We had an event here, and as we were setting up, the village of Brookfield came and put a permit on the door that said there were no humans allowed. Nonetheless, we still had our party because the show had to go on. we were so scared the entire party that the village was going to shut us down. We had all our food vendors paid for, and all of our other vendors paid for.

There was snow that turned into ice and our guest kept slipping because they would not shovel the snow. They ended up shoveling the snow after many calls to shovel. Two tables broke as we were setting up. The bathrooms were dirty with pee on the toilet. There there is a distinct smell in here. it was awful. I was trying to host a party and Cynthia the owner kept texting me that there was more than 150 people in here. We had 90 people that responded. Not all 90 people even showed up.

The worst part about this was that the owner Cynthia did not refund us our money that was a refundable deposit. She said we broke things that were already broken. She said that Bud Light was left in her parking lot that was from us. We did not even purchase Bud Light. All of us are Hispanic drinkers, and we purchased Modelo and corona. This place is a joke and I highly do not recommend working with Cynthia or anyone here.

I should’ve learned my lesson when Cynthia stood me up the first time that I came to look at the place to host the party.

I hope my $200 nonrefundable deposit made you rich. I also hope that you fixed your structural issues.

The venue was a really nice place with clean bathrooms, good lighting, and good space for the price. The owner Cindy was also a real peach and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. I especially liked that she gave us flexibility with how we decorated with all the stuff we brought in. It was a real nice time for me, my family, and most of all my godson who had an amazing time, couldn’t recommend more

Don’t know where to even begin!
I started looking for places for a birthday party in September & was a tad rushed but all it took was one visit to this gorgeous space & I fell in love! The layout, lightening, location, and overall feel of the place are amazing. The owner, Cindy was truly a pleasure. From answering my 100 questions on random days to completely accommodating my wants and needs. Every single detail of what I was looking for, she brought it to life. Biggest and most important to me was the cleanliness! Every table & room were spotless! Especially the bathrooms. The place accommodated our party of 100 with no problem and my guests enjoyed the parking available. Price is extremely reasonable & add ons offered are great. I can’t thank the staff and owner enough for their professionalism & overall amazing service!

Our event was cancelled by the owner three days before the event. She did refund my money, but I lost of on our deposit from our caterer and had to very last-minute book another hall that was so much more expense. Communication with Cynthia was very unprofessional and lacked understanding that the shutdown was her fault and not ours. I do not recommend.
