My spouse and I chose this venue because of the amenities. The Day prior to the event we went to drop off the beverages on that evening and was told then the refrigerator was not working and there was no guarantee it would work the following day. August 3rd 2024. We entered the event facility with no AC, FANS were literally placed in the Ceremony room. Still refrigerator not working. The Reception area was extremely hot as there were over 80 guests in attendance. Now since I have requested a partial refund no one wants to respond. I do not suggest this venue as some of the amenities that came with the facility were not available and no one is providing true information about it. Ohh I forget the part where the electrical system kept tripping while the DJ was trying to do his part. We were truly disappointed.
My suggestion is if you choose to select this venue constantly stay in contact with the venue employees cause they will not provide information in advance or just choose another facility and hope for the best.

Taking this further is a must.

Highly disappointed. It is truly hurtful and embarrassing to go through this unprofessional experience. Cancellation with I month notice to give my client. I am an Event planner that had to find my clients another venue…,Still no money refunded. I paid a deposit and another in full!!!
This has definitely cost me time and money!!
I will not allow my clients to incur extra fees that’s no fault to myself or them.

The Venue is a nice practical space for events. It's well maintained and the owners are good people. The cost is reasonable too with no strings attached. The entry and exitways aren't fancy but clean for the area. It's a good space for community meetings, church services, talent shows, fashion shows etc. My parents utilize this space for church services and community action planning.

Hey!!! They Canceled my event!!! I been calling for 2 weeks now to get my deposit back and no one answered the phone. We need to get together and call Fox 5 news!!! ASAP. This is very unprofessional!!! I am about to get the BBB Involved!!
