I recently hosted my engagement party here and the venue was perfect. The venue recently expanded and the expansion was perfect now that there's a bar area, two bathrooms, and the flooring is great. The owner was accommodating with providing tables and a bunch of helpful and reasonable priced vendors. They were also flexible with setup time. I highly recommend this place for any party/event. Thank you again!

We were actually having dinner on the patio next door. The event at the vault had small children running around screaming while older kids held open the venue door to their obnoxiously loud music. 10 stars to Cast Iron though for being troopers. My service dog was miserable.

Edited to reply: no; I didn't attend or host an event there. I merely got a migraine from the screaming children running around while I tried to eat dinner next door. I know that sounds awful but I actually love kids. I was more annoyed about the parents throwing the kids outside with no supervision while they were inside drinking and leaving the doors open the their insanely loud music and sound check for a birthday party or wedding. I couldn't even tell. Who has a bounce house at a wedding? Idk. Regardless. I'm over it.

Terrible experience. I entered into a contract with this company in March of 2024. My siblings and I were planning a surprise retirement party for our mother in August 2024. One month before the event, Charmaine (one of the owners) notified me that the event was double booked and asked if I could change the time or date. I had already ordered catering, sent invitations, and received RSVPs. The owner acted like it was no big deal, not any sound of regret in her voice. I requested a refund! I would not recommend anyone do business with this company. I would hate for anyone to go through what I went through..thankfully Mission on the Hill went above and beyond with their professionalism and customer service and our mother had a great party.

Great venue but 1 bathroom for 100+ people was inconvenient. If hosting a huge party I’d think twice. Small groups this set up may work.
