I've seen Katherine twice now and already booked my third appointment! I suffer from really bad shoulder and neck pain and Katherine has really helped alleviate my discomfort. She is also really kind and personable. I was nervous to get my first message (ever), and she made me immediately feel comfortable. Pricing is very reasonable and her spa room is super relaxing! Katherine is a fantastic professional, on time and frequently checks in with you during your massage to make sure you are comfortable and getting the right amount of pressure. Highly recommend The Urban Spa Retreat!

Katherine is an amazing massage therapist. Most people don’t have enough pressure on my back or don’t give good neck massages. Hers are perfect. She’s very professional and kind. I go monthly and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a good massage.

Today I was able to have a massage and facial with Katherine. She made sure I felt welcome & it was such a warm experience. I can't say enough about Katherine! She is the consummate professional. She's prompt, courteous, and the massages are amazing. I have been a client for years. I currently live an hour away, and gladly travel the distance because she is the only one who can properly care for my chronic neck and shoulder pain.
