Very quiet, beautiful setting. Perfect location that is right between Bentonville and Eureka springs. Service was excellent, good breakfast.

To top it all off, it was my girlfriend's birthday and the owner offered us a bottle of wine for the occasion.

Sugar Creek Retreat offers the perfect way to disconnect and enjoy nature in the Ozarks. Located just a few miles from Beaver Lake, the retreat is next to a natural stream. The owner has added charming outdoor areas (gazebo, fire pit, picnic table, gardens) where guests are welcome to relax and enjoy nature.

I've stayed here several times, and the convenient location is near a number of great activities: Pea Ridge National Military Park, Blue Springs Heritage Center, Beaver Lake, and Eureka Springs.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. There are no TVs, which was not a problem for me. Free WiFi allowed me to watch Netflix on my iPad. Complimentary continental breakfast, coffee, tea and afternoon snacks are a great addition!

I wanted a place to relax, disconnect, & rest. I found that at The Sugar Creek Retreat. The surroundings are BEAUTIFUL AND RELAXING CREEK. A natural way to get away. If you need things to do, there tourist places close by. You can also sit on the creek. The staff was very friendly & also made sure you didn't need anything. Free WiFi. Games are available, family place, or couples get away. I wanted to stay and never leave, a much needed break from life. Thank You J & Jeff for.making my stay RESTFUL & RELAXING. I WILL BE BACK!!!!

I had an amazing stay at The Sugar Creek Retreat. The staff was very friendly. They went above and beyond my expectations to make sure my stay was a comfortable as possible. The property is in a great location. It was only about 5 minutes to beaver lake and it was a great place to relax.

What a wonderful little place! The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. If you're looking for the hustle and bustle, this is not for you, but if you looking to "get lost and find yourself," this is the place. What's even better than the room itself is service. I've never felt more welcomed at a motel than than I did here.

Sugar Creek Retreat is in the most gorgeous area of Arkansas! There are so many activities here, both indoor & outdoor. The creek is beautiful, relaxing and so much wildlife and the Walton Arts Center, AMP bring top musical acts. And, Crystal Bridges Museum is one of the best art collections in the world. The owner, Jay Parker, and his co-owner are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet!!!

This sweet spot was perfect for our needs, and the owner was very accommodating. It's nothing fancy, and in the midst of a remodel, but the beds are great and the location is awesome! If you are going to Beaver lake and prefer to sleep in a bed rather than camp, this is for you!

Lovely nature resort. Very comfortable rooms and gracious host.
Excellent continental breakfast with multiple Keurig coffees, pastries, yogurt, fresh fruit.
