The Stonehouse Manor Event Venue - Webster, Texas

Back in December I spoke with the owner of Stonehouse Manor. I told him my date and he said that that date was still open I said ok so when can I come look at the venue he replied right away and we setup a day. When we go there he was late then was told he left the keys at home and he would return right away and he did. My daughter’s eyes got big when she seen that beautiful staircase. She looked at me and said mom this is it. I said ok and we needed to talk to her father before we pay the deposit to hold the venue for that day so we left. A week later I called and spoke with the owners so called cousin who put the events together asked again about the day and I was assured that the date was still good. I paid $1000 or $1500 to hold the date because I was told that was the only way to make sure. Stonehouse’s Manor is now Las Haciendas Mexican restaurant. I received no call email or text saying they were selling and I damn sure didn’t receive any money back. I tried to call the numbers I had and it goes right to voicemail. My daughters quince is 4 months away and now I have to cancel it because I no longer have a venue all of the money I paid and invested gone down the drain. There’s not enough time for me to do anything and not enough valium to help me though. My heart is just broken.

I had the best experience celebrating my daughter’s Quinceañera at Stonehouse Manor On September 10, 2022. The venue is absolutely beautiful and very impressive looking. The staff organizing the event made sure that my event went smoothly to the last detail starting from the booking, organizing, decorating, and assisting during and after the event. They answered all of my questions and always worked with me to make my event a very special occasion. They were patient, helpful, and very professional. The event turn out to be such a special memorable moment for my daughter and I. We had such a great experience that I look forward to booking my next event with this venue again.

Wow! What a blessing to come upon! I was going to pass up on this place because of the reviews. We already had a horrible horrible experience with Leatherberry Oaks and our wedding had gone from something big to a courthouse until my wife ran across this place. Thank God I listened to my wife. My wife is not a review person whatsoever and I didn't want to be a negative Nancy. So I agreed to go see the venue and meet with the owners. To my surprise the owners are new! They just purchased this venue. I haven't met owners as nice as Mrs. Melissa and Mr. Chris. They are very attentive and hands on. I felt bad because I felt at one point as if we were bothering Mrs. Melissa way too much. People have businesses to run and we are not the only couple with issues and trying to get this perfect. But yet she was there for every last one of our concerns and met with us the many times we needed her to meet with us with a smile (Sorry!). To put a cherry on top the venue is nice, elegant, and well taken care of. If you are looking for a venue for whatever event. This is It. This is the place! You'll thank me later.

We had our babyshower here oct 22,2022 it turned out amazing. The decorations beautiful 😍 everyone loved the food. Melissa and Loudia amazing women ❤️ who did a fabulous job with the setup and decor. Chris was great with expressing the price/package plans. All in all extremely happy 😊 with this venue.

Had a graduation party here. Everyone was easy to work with and the food was amazing. Communication before the event was prompt and always answered my questions. We will definitely come back when we need a party space!

I'm pretty disappointed with my experience here. While I understand the troubles of new ownership, completely ghosting a customer after stating that their date is 'on the calendar' is simply not acceptable. My grievances are in regards to a suspicious contract change and sparce communication that resulted in no communication at all for over a month while I continuously reached out. My best guess is this owner got a better offer for the day and did the shady deal of ghosting me even after assuring me I was on their calendar. Once again, if you choose to risk your event, be sure to get a contract and read the fine print.

Many promises were made and the verbal expectation was great... This is such a beautiful venue and I truly wish things could have worked out, but I cannot trust this team with my special day.

We had my sister's quinceañera here. Melissa and Chris surpassed all of our expectations. Chris made sure to complete all of our requests and even ordered special linens for our event. Melissa also went above and beyond to be available for all our questions, and was kind enough to let us come in to practice el vals prior to the event. On the day of the event, we walked in and everything was decorated so beautifully. They did an amazing job making our vision come to life. They also made sure to be available during the event for anything we needed. Thank you both for everything, we truly appreciate your professionalism and kidness.

Great Event Venue! Had a massive family party here. Best place to party 🥳 seriously the best! You got an event coming up go to them
