We stayed at the H2 Hotel but decided to take advantage of the spa services at their sister property, conveniently located just down the block. The experience was seamless and relaxing from the moment I arrived. Before my scheduled service, I was able to unwind in the Jacuzzi and take a refreshing shower, which set the tone for the perfect spa experience.

I opted for a 50-minute autumn body scrub, part of their seasonal offerings, and it was absolutely incredible. Giuliana was my therapist, and I can’t say enough good things about her. She was sweet, attentive, and ensured the perfect amount of pressure throughout the treatment. Her professionalism and warm demeanor made the experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend her to anyone and would definitely return for her services.

The spa itself is a hidden gem in downtown Healdsburg. Its central location makes it a wonderful addition to a romantic getaway, a staycation, or even a girls’ weekend. The combination of high-quality treatments, attentive staff, and the overall ambiance makes this a must-visit destination. Whether you’re staying in town or just passing through, you really can’t go wrong with a visit to this spa.

What an amazing experience! My husband and I each booked a massage and we were thoroughly pleased with our experience. Everyone was professional and friendly, tripping over themselves to attend to our every need. We ordered a gourmet meal and drinks at the pool, took a dip and a Jacuzzi. Everything we needed was in the locker room, and the products were top-notch. We even purchased some skincare products at the spa shop. We highly recommend the spa. Everyone should book a service and spend the day being pampered here.

Great location in the center of healdbsurg. The spa is a bit outdated. Cracked and failing tiles line the shower floors in the locker rooms. The reception was very kind. The masseuse was professional and did a really great job. Currently they aren’t allowing use of the pool/ spa unless you are a hotel guest which detracts from the general experience. Maybe this will change soon. All in all the experience was good but underwhelming. The lounge bar afterwards with live music was quite nice. At some point management / ownership may want to look into a renovation but I’d point out of you have your guests showering on a pile of in set tiles there is most likely some type of disconnect. The massage gets a 9. The facility more of a 6. Thanks for having us in.

I went for a deep tissue massage at the Spa Hotel Healdsburg with Ruthie. It was fabulous. The pressure was just right in the areas I needed it. I would recommend the Spa because of its serenity, cleanliness and wonderful attentive service. I will be back!

I've been using the Spa at Hotel Healdsburg for years, and I have always enjoyed my experience. Shelley's Rejuvenation Facial is a must, as well as their deep tissue massage. The hotel pool is open again to spa clients, which makes it a whole day of enjoyment!

A very relaxing spa, providing high quality products in the changing room and experienced masseur's. This is our go to spa in Healdsburg for a rejuvenating experience.

Nice clean facility, but seems expensive for what you get. Overall the spa is pretty tiny, not many areas to lounge other than one small sitting room behind the reception area. Locker room is tiny with one stall for a shower and one stall for a toilet. Pool is nice but hot tub is in a strange hidden location and needs to be updated.

We had a little reprieve from the crazy day-to-day by having a Spa Day and we were not disappointed. After getting us right in for our treatments, and providing excellent service, we moved to the pool and chillaxed with some champagne poolside. Was a delight to be pleasantly treated and the facility was perfect. We plan to return when back in wine country.
