My absolute favorite high-end spa around! The amenities are beautiful and well-maintained, and their facials are my favorite. I really appreciate that they don’t try to sell you products during the treatment so you can truly relax and enjoy yourself. They also comp valet which is appreciated - and not true for another 5-star resort down the coast. Highly recommend for a beautiful day of pampering!

Spa at pelican hill was pretty amazing! Had the Alchemist 100 minute and let the masseuse choose the pressure based on muscle tension. He was spot on and really felt relief. The eucalyptus steam room was also tops. Everything you could possibly need is there for you in the changing/ locker room area.

This may be the best massage I’ve ever had! Every time I go on vacation I like to visit the spa. I’ve seen some really incredible spas but this massage is definitely at the top! The facility is beautiful, spacious, and calming. However Breanna, the massage therapist, is the reason I felt so compelled to write the review. She’s very talented! It’s a good things she’s not local or else I’d be seeing her once a month for sure!

Very nice Spa located in separate building at Pelican Hill. Valet parking offered. Both wet & dry saunas. Secure locker/ dressing area. I recommend bringing your own items for your hair, if you plan to wash it. Outside of what available in shower, limited brushes and products.
Come early and stay a while after.

Horrible experience! I had a 60 min massage scheduled and arrived on time, was presented with a tour of the amenities and was not told it would impact my massage time. By the time I was sitting waiting for my massage (30 min later), I was told that my tech took the wrong person back and that I could still get my massage if I wanted. I agreed to and proceeded to ask if my time would be impacted and they said, “yes, because you were late”. The spa director was condescending and gave the worse customer service in her failed attempt to remedy the situation. This was my first time here and needless to say the last. Communication is key and they have a lot to learn.
