From the moment that I walked into the spa I was treated like a VIP. I was greeted by Kailyn and Alaya and they were so kind and welcoming. They answered all my questions and made me feel completely at home. I booked the Restore massage and Kelley was able to help me relax and walk out feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. I enjoyed the sauna and highly recommend allowing some time to enjoy the impressive fitness center.

Did a group event there and had an amazing experience! We had 7 people and it was great that everyone was able to get a service done all at the same time so we were all able to gather together as opposed be being staggered and some people missing another person. They had a nice snack spread and wine. The best part was the parting gift. Everyone received one of their super plush robes. ❤️

I had an amazing hydro derm facial with Dorothy! My skin was in desperate need of care after giving birth and dealing with post partum hormones. Astrid was also very helpful in helping me navigate selecting the services based on my needs. I really enjoyed myself and felt like a very pampered mama 🧡

I got the Pure Results facial and Dominik’s was my esthetician. I LOVED it. I asked Dominik’s a million questions and she patiently answered them and helped walk me through my at home skin care routine. She catered the treatment to my skin’s specific needs and I left not only with glowing skin but also well informed on how to keep the maintenance going.

My experience at The Spa at Palmer House was superb. I felt like a queen. It exceeded my expectations. I love the Hydrotherapy bath. It was the perfect kick-off to the rest of my day. I purchased the Empire package and every single moment was amazing. The environment was beautiful and clean. I felt cared for, listened to, and welcomed. I loved getting a fresh glass of cold water handed to me after each session and the complimentary glass of wine during my mani-pedi session. I can't wait to come back. I drove from MI just to experience this Spa and it was everything I imagined plus more.

Love this spa! Have celebrated my birthday here two years in a row and they never disappoint. Kelley was my massage therapist and she was absolutely lovely. The space is clean and calming and I will continue to come back here!

Unfortunately my package was very lack luster. The best part was the massage. But the body wrap was nothing like described and I was not cocooned in a warm wrap it was falling apart and felt like a wet blanket. Nothing about it was relaxing. And the facial was not signature at all there was no discussion on what products to use and I got more of a half assed massage. Not a signature facial. I would go back for a massage but nothing else. I feel like I was swindled and did not get what I paid for.
