Cancelled my event 3 days before and is not wanting to refund our money in a timely manner. It’s been almost two weeks already. Had to plan a last minute baby shower with no time and was still not given my refund. Communication is terrible you’d think it'd be better given the circumstance. Do not recommend this place for any event's. The space is beautiful but we are feeling scammed with how unprofessional they’re handling the situation. They are not giving us updates or any notices as to when we should be expecting our money back. This is not how you treat clients especially when you cancel on them 3 days before an event that was scheduled months in advance.

The owners of this venue cancelled on my family member 3 days before the baby shower due to “electrical work” that needed to be done. This event was planned months in advance and my family has NOT been refunded yet. It is very unprofessional how they are communicating and have not refunded the money. They have been “working” on it for the last 2 weeks now!!! As a business owner, they should have a back up plan in case an event has to be cancelled and the customer wants a full refund asap. We had to plan last minute and all the funds used for the deposit would have helped tremendously for everything we needed to buy but we still don’t have it. I would not recommend this place at all!

The most unprofessional event organizers i have ever heard of. They completely blindsided my family and cancelled our event. But what really is unprofessional is that we paid in advance and we have yet to receive our money back!! They are completely giving us the run around and being so unprofessional about it. We had to pay more money out of pocket to pay vendors. Its been almost two weeks and weve yet to have any updates about getting out money back! If i could give negative star trust me i would. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

Canceled an event 3 days before. Refuse to give refund. Had family coming from out of town and was left with no money to plan for a baby shower. Having a baby is stressful enough without management completely adding to my stress. Wasn’t even going to tell me the space wasn’t going to be available if wouldnt have reached out to ask a question. Don’t recommend.

If I could rate this place a 0, I would. They canceled just three days before my friend's baby shower, which was completely unprofessional and last-minute. It caused so much unnecessary stress. I highly do NOT recommend this place!!!

The event space is beautiful, affordable and much more than we expected to my make my parents 50th anniversary party one to remember. The entry, bathrooms, and event room were immaculate. Kay and Toni were amazing! They helped in every way possible to make the party planning process less stressful. Would recommend this place to everyone!
