Excellent, locally owned restaurant, with an owner who is not only on site, but is also fully engaged in creating amazing pizzas and salads. Upon entering, the smell of pizza magic drew us in. We started with a salad of romaine lettuce and slivers of Parmesan, dressed in a delicious vinaigrette. The pizza was excellent, with the slightly charred spots on the crispy, yet tender crust that prove it was cooked correctly in a pizza oven. The service was excellent, and the young servers didn’t stop taking care of our needs. Amazingly enough, not one had a cell phone in hand, unlike so many other places where customer service takes second place to social media.

Great prices—we will stop again if we come this direction again.

Wow. What makes this place special are the quality ingredients that go into the pizzas. For example, the pizza dough is made from flour imported from Naples. The staff explained that the dough also goes through a multi-day fermentation process to develop texture and flavor. Excellent salads as well. They're still getting set up - no beer and wine yet, but they say they're coming soon. Visit before this spot gets famous!

Just wow! Found this place on my way feom Houston to Nashville. Impressive pizza & service, but also appreciated their commitment to the natural and clean food options. The parmesan vinaigrette dressing is made with quality olive oil and lots of fresh garlic. Dough is made in house. Its good, y’all.

WOOOWWW what a great localy owned pizzeria, fresh ingredients, perfectly topped, perfectly cooked can't say enough 100% best pizza I had in years.
Definitely will be stopping by again on my way through AR.
Thank you ladies for making my dinner as perfect as possible after a long day out on the road.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with the shed pizzeria. I ordered a large salad with feta cheese and vinaigrette dressing. Absolutely delicious! I also had the cheesy bread, with marinara sauce. Also delicious! Thank you I will be back!

My family and I usually order pizza once every few weeks and this has become our favorite spot for it. The food is incredible with robust flavors and the atmosphere is quiet and laid back. So thankful to have The Shed in Carlisle!

This was my first time eating there and it was absolutely delicious
-the Woo Pig meat pizza, we added mushrooms on one side and jalapeños on the other
-the Mosquito Killer garlic cheese bread

Me and my father went out to this place to get take out. Place was very welcoming, staff was very nice and the food is really good. I highly recommend this place if you want quality pizza.
