I don’t make reviews on Google , but I had to shout out the Shandelier Room . This past Saturday, I had my father‘s memorial service held here. When I say this was the best customer service I’ve ever gotten I mean that. They were extremely accommodating to me and my family. They were so professional everything was done by the time we got there . They made the event space look exactly how we wanted , but better. The space they have there is beautiful. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome of my father’s Memorial . We will be back again for another event.

I had been searching for a place to hold my event and lucked up on The Shandalier Room as my final attempt to get a place. First, this facility is "Phenomenal." It is so nice on the inside and out. The owners are so nice, hospitable, and accommodating. The ease of booking was a super plus. Everything was done professionally and in order. I was asked so many times where did I find this Gem? I just had my 35th birthday at The Shandelier Room, and OMG, it was the best time ever! This venue is so sexy and the bathrooms wow, they really went all out! The owner Tash was incredibly sweet and went above and beyond to make my day special. One of my family members left my gift box and backdrop in a rush, but Tash came to the rescue making sure everything was perfectly in place. When she saw I was feeling a bit overwhelmed, she kindly brought me some champagne, set me up in their private suite and helped my family get everything organized. I could go on and on about how amazing this place is, but it’s really the owners that make the difference. From the atmosphere to the fantastic service, everything exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be back to support The Shandelier Room! Thanks again for hosting me on my special day!
