We’ve been to their NYE party the past two years (2024 and 2025). The first time, tickets cost $100 but we felt it was worth it; good quality food, short wait times at the open bar, good DJ, we had a blast! The next year, tickets jumped up to $125, and unfortunately the quality went way down. The event felt very understaffed: our food was slow to come out and was cold when it got to us, all three bars had about a 20 minute wait for them, and the DJ had some very strange music/mixing choices. It really didn’t feel worth the price increase. I hope The Seville invests in both its patrons and its staff for future events, as we really wanted to have a good time!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at The Seville in Streamwood, Illinois, for our wedding banquet! From start to finish, everything was seamlessly organized and beautifully executed.

The all-inclusive package made planning so much easier, and the staff was truly exceptional. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make our day special. Their professionalism and attentiveness added an extra layer of comfort, allowing us to fully enjoy our celebration without any worries.

One of the highlights was the delicious food! Every course was expertly prepared and beautifully presented, receiving rave reviews from our guests. The chocolate fountain was an amazing touch and provided a fun and delightful dessert option that everyone loved!

We also absolutely adored the special touches that The Seville provided for our first dance. The sparklers created a magical atmosphere, making that moment even more memorable. And dancing on the clouds? What an incredible experience! It made for breathtaking photos and a dream-like ambiance that we will cherish forever.

Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better venue for our wedding banquet. We highly recommend The Seville to any couple looking for an enchanting and stress-free event, paired with amazing service and unforgettable experiences. Thank you for making our wedding day truly remarkable!

Very nice wedding venue. Service staff was exceptionally nice and decor was tasteful. The dinner was tasty and generous. The only minor complaint is we heard other weddings at quiet times during the ceremony we attended. Would recommend!

We had such an amazing time at the Seville celebrating Nee Year’s Eve. The food was amazing (although my steak was very well done), the appetizers were wonderful and the room was absolutely gorgeous. So much fun dancing and celebrating with my friends. We will definitely be back!

The experience for New Years was nothing short of thrilling and eye turning. The event was filled with lush buffet style appetizers like, crab claws, shrimp, sushi, meatballs, bruschetta, calamari, and so much more just to start the evening. The dance was floor was never empty with the dj rocking with us all night through various genres. We even met some cool people at our table. All around my fiancée and I had a great time.

Desiree was absolutely amazing from the beginning all the way to the end to help make our wedding Absolutely perfect! If it wasn’t for her, I don’t know where we would have been, but I am glad we had her there to help us. I highly recommend The Seville for anyone who is looking to have a fun and fantastic wedding at a reasonable price. A lot of people loved the food as well. The drinks and the bartenders along with your personal assistant throughout the wedding makes everything go by so smooth. I highly recommend you ask for Desiree when you first want to look into the venue because she will set you up from beginning to end, and will be there for you anytime you need her.

Very pretty, lots of parking, great servers. The sound system was not good though and there was a lot of sound bouncing off the hard walls/ceiling, so it was very difficult to hear and understand the speeches and music

From our first meeting we loved the Seville! Nick was amazing! From signing the contract to the days before the wedding he was on top of everything and answering every email we sent him….and we sent him a lot of emails with questions about the biggest day of our lives! He was always so professional. We were able to be in the Schaumburg room and it was incredible! The venue provided a bridal suite, setting up all tables with centerpieces they provided, appetizers, a 4 course meal, lights along the side of the room making the perfect mood lighting. I am also gluten free and they were able to get me a gluten free meal that tasted really good! Lisa our day of coordinator for the Seville was so on top of everything. We always had people checking in on us and making sure we were ok for the entire night! The bartender was amazing! No one was waiting on drinks long. We even had specialty drinks and he made them to perfection. We also used the projector for our wedding and were able to have help with that as well to make sure our powerpoints were perfect. The last thing we had was dancing in the clouds! It made our first dance so special. Since we aren’t the best dancers it made it so much better! They offer so many things and I am sure we are forgetting to thank somebody. I would 100% go with this venue! We had the best time on our wedding day with little stress knowing they had it covered!
