What an amazing stay! Starting with Leon the valet. Super friendly and helpful. Front desk team (Andrew especially) was amazing and gave out little custom „wishing coins“ for the kids to toss in the fountain-they loved it. The bar team was amazing (Jeff, Alex, Zee and Danny/Daniel(?)), awesome cocktails and great service! Jayme, the manager, was so friendly and accommodating. She seemed to be everywhere at the same time 🙂
John by the pool may have been the friendliest server I’ve ever come across. My wife and her friend went to the spa and absolutely loved every second of their experience! The resort has the warmest pool (which is great because it was a little chilly out) and has a super cool lounge room where you can play pool and shuffle board and a giant golf simulator. And there’s a secret speak easy!!! We will be back! Perfect for adults and kids!

We will be coming back! 100%. Absolutely loved this hotel. So many extra special touches. We loved attending the Saturday morning yoga and all the food we had was so yummy and reasonably priced! My favorite was secret speak easy up stairs! Incredible martini! The rooms were very nice and clean. The bathroom had great lighting and I loved the green tiles and everything is the room has been recently remodeled! Very spacious and cozy!

Amazing resort tucked away in in beautiful McCormick Ranch. Josie at Barnaby's Cafe is so pleasant and makes a great Latte. Jacob at the Front Desk was so welcoming and provided us with fun resort sponsored activities. Room was spacious and tasteful southwestern decor. Outdoor movie was a fun experience with full service bar, fresh popcorn and made to order tacos was a nice touch. Staff was super friendly and provided great service. Zee at the Madam speakeasy made us amazing cocktails to die for. Great place, cozy and you do feel like just number like the larger resorts in Scottsdale.

This place has so much potential. The amenities that the resort provides are very plentiful, from the pool areas to the on site dining locations. The hotel recently had a multi million dollar renovation. Where the resort falls short is in the management. Food takes a long time to arrive after the order is placed. Coffee is not included and we had to wait in line for twenty minutes just to buy a morning cup of coffee. ||If the hotel had better basic management and training of the waitstaff and bartenders it could be so much better

Fellas! Let me just say that our stay at The Scottsdale Resort and Spa, Curio Collection by Hilton was incredible!

The speakeasy was a highlight—Jeff, the bartender, crafted amazing cocktails and made the experience unforgettable. Ask for the Madam’s Whisper for very good old-fashioned cocktail.

The fitness center was top-notch, with Peloton bikes and a Theragun for recovery. Dinner was exceptional, with delicious, well-crafted dishes.

My in-laws experienced the La Luna Spa and couldn’t stop talking about the outstanding massage and facial.

Huge thanks to the manager for their hospitality and Leon, the bellman, for his excellent service. Highly recommend this luxurious resort!

Pros: newly remodeled which makes for a beautiful first impression. Great pool with bar too, but food very limited. Great customer service throughout with friendly employees. Appreciated pool snacks!
Cons: this old hotel really showed in the hallways and rooms. Zero insulation so we were woken many times by people talking and children screaming. Not a good hotel for adult experience, romance, quiet. We had almost no toilet paper in our room and had to call for it. Our AC was broken and the temp kept lowering even when we didn’t touch it. When we called, it was clear they were aware of the issue and advised us to turn it off then back on (very 1950’s dad advice:) which didn’t work so we woke up freezing with temps super low in room. WiFi was terrible and almost never worked. Weird for Scottsdale and frustrating.
Good price for what you get, but the remodeled lobby doesn’t equal the stay experience and rooms.

Room was very nice. Property is beautiful and relaxing. They have movie nights by the pool and activities throughout the day. In the lobby they have fruit infused water. Food is fine. Staff is friendly. You do get a refrigerator but no microwave.

The rooms were well laid out and newly renovated. The staff was very attentive, cross trained and responsive. They were good about recalling our names. Shout out to Leon and Felix. Housekeeping was great but the times they were in your room varied widely. A very enjoyable experience.
