Usually I wipe down my room with disinfectant when I arrive - no need. Cleanest resort I have ever stayed in. Grounds were beautiful and so well maintained. Friendly staff - they were so focused on making my stay the best experience. Great for families as well as people who just want to keep to themselves. Incredibly pet-friendly. Can't wait to come back.

Way too expensive - it is all about profit.
One would think that you enjoy peace, a fair sized, well furnished and well maintained room along with a resort atmosphere.
That is not the case. We walked right into a conference, exhibition booths and business meetings when walking to the room.
Room was small, marginally maintained and the bathroom was smaller than what any holiday inn would offer.
Restaurant served snacks and burgers only - this is not a resort restaurant but a small food corner only.
Grounds and pool were nice and ample parking was available near our room.
Playing loud rock music by the pool is not what I would expect from a resort hotel.
Service was OK.
Again for the over $400 per day - reserve a maybe smaller, cozier and quieter hotel of which many exist in Scottsdale.

For our anniversary we wanted something island like without the flight. Christmas travel is always chaotic. So we chose this immaculate property. The beds slept so well. The space was amazing and comfortable we didn't want to leave. Definitely will be back

I haven't even stayed here yet and they have been so helpful. Dwayne in particular has fielded a few phone calls from me and answered all my questions. This property will be a homebase for an upcoming birthday celebration and I am confident it will be a great experience!

The location is perfect and the rooms look spacious and well appointed. Can't wait to see them in person!

We’ve stayed here a few times and it’s always a great experience! The shuttle is great if you don’t rent a car or if you don’t want to park in Old Town, all the shuttle drivers we had were very friendly! We had a one bedroom villa and it was a great space. There are multiple pools on the property and we found it easy to find a pool that was quiet and tranquil or more lively depending on what we wanted. Will definitely return!

I am extremely upset at the lack of consideration at this hotel. Upon checkout, I received a $500 smoking charge when I DID NOT SMOKE IN THIS ROOM. In fact, when the hotel investigated, they sent me a date and time that the sensor was triggered and it was while I was straightening my hair for a wedding. The male GM, Sean Sachs refused to understand or budge "due to policy." He can guarantee I will not send anyone trying to host a private event to this hotel. Do not get ready in these rooms! My hair straightener was very hot and smoking while I straightened my hair and now they are trying to make me pay $500.

Best Value Hands Down in the VALLEY! Great Food, excellent rooms, and a top- notch staff. Awesome place to stay and play at McCormick Ranch. Don't pay the high buck resorts when you get everything you need and more at The Plaza. Would recommend this place to anyone, and will be back next season.

Rooms were completely out dated. For the price I believed it would look a lot better. The shower didn't have hot water and we had to call the front desk for someone to fix it. Ultimately that was an inconvenience because we had reservations at a few places that day. Overall I believe it was very peaceful and the views of the mountains from the balconies were great.
