We stayed for two nights at the beginning of Jan 2025. Fun place. We enjoyed the building being historic and interesting. We enjoyed the desert each evening. We enjoyed the large breakfast each morning. ||Breakfast was amazing. Over our two breakfasts, I had: egg bake, french toast casserole (unique), cheesey grits, bacon, fruit smoothie, sausage and eggs from a local farm, and a waffle sandwich with cheese/egg/sausage.||The people are friendly and they take good care of you. The house is beautiful, and full of history. It's just two miles out of Helen, GA. We also visited Cleavland and Tallulah Gorge. Beautiful area and this is a good spot to come home to in the evenings.

We eloped at Brasstown Bald in Hiawassee, GA November 2024, and The Sautee Inn Bed & Breakfast became our home base for the weekend. Rebecca, Ron, and Mike went above and beyond to make our special occasion unforgettable. Their warmth, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality turned an already memorable weekend into a truly extraordinary one.||Although only some of our guests stayed at the Inn, Rebecca, Ron, and Mike graciously welcomed everyone for a rehearsal and reception dinner the night before our wedding. They even coordinated delicious, allergy-friendly catering with a local small business ensuring everyone could enjoy the evening.||They personally split wood for our evening bonfires, creating a cozy and magical atmosphere. Despite our efforts to tidy up afterward, their team quickly restored everything to perfection by breakfast time—which, by the way, is a five-star experience in itself! We first stayed at The Sautee Inn in November 2023 and fell in love with their heavenly breakfasts and the historic charm of the property. Naturally, we wanted to share that experience with our loved ones, and it did not disappoint. Every guest raved about the food, ambiance, and the exceptional hospitality.||One of the highlights of the weekend was our First Look, which we held on their brand-new overlook deck—a stunning addition to an already picturesque property. (I’ll be updating this review with photos soon!)|As a testament to their flexibility and kindness, our brother-in-law showed up with his puppy, and the team helped shuffle arrangements so they could stay in the Inn’s only pet-friendly suite—thankfully, it wasn’t already booked!||Since the Inn was originally a much larger space, it easily accommodated our group of 35 for dinner, with plenty of room for seating and mingling. My besties are already planning to be back next year!!||We can’t recommend this hidden gem enough. Rebecca, Ron, and Mike have created something truly special, and we’ll absolutely be back to relive the magic!

First the best thing. The hosts are some of the sweetest and most hospitable people you will ever meet. They clearly enjoy what they do, especially meeting and getting to know their guests. I really enjoyed my conversations with them when I got my morning coffee. I also enjoyed interacting with the other guests. The home really is beautiful and they obviously put a lot of love into it. The history of both the home and area is quite interesting and the view is beautiful. You will find plenty to do in the area. Now the food. Absolutely incredible breakfast. You will not be disappointed with anything served. Ditto to the delicious desserts they put out every afternoon. Top notch. These folks make it feel like home but with a lot better cooking. Thank you guys. We will be back.

Stunning views, comfy bed, and stellar hosting- truly stellar hosting. Rebecca made us an unforgettably delicious breakfast with locally sourced components and highly skillful execution. An extra bonus was getting to know our traveling neighbors over breakfast and hear about their adventures. So glad to have found and experienced Sautee Inn!

Arrived a little early which was no problem for them. Very accommodating, warm & friendly. Got a tour of this beautiful home. Beautiful antiques stunning furniture. Getting ready for Christmas w so many items up. Our room w a balcony n small table n chairs overlooking the valley. Beautiful sitting areas w fire pit, tranquil and relaxing. Breakfast was all fresh made with afternoon cakes all homemade by Rebecca. Thank you to Ron and Mike also Rebecca for a great 2 night stay hope to return one day soon.

The beautifully decorated rooms were impeccably clean. The highlight, however, was the absolutely delicious breakfast each morning - fresh, locally sourced ingredients prepared with culinary flair and Rebecca was a fantastic host! Our new go-to place for peace and quiet. Hope to see our friends from St Petersburg again! Very charming couple!

The greatest hosts we ever had. Very knowledgeable of about the history and what to do in Helen. The house is well preserved and gorgeously decorated and the breakfast was amazing. When I come back to Helen this will be the place I go to. Plus there is a gym and coffee shop a min down the road
