I had a two hour deep tissue massage for an early Mother’s Day gift. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because my therapist was amazing. If I could place her in another environment I would go back. The problem is you are in a cubicle. You hear everything and I was placed near the bathroom. I heard every flush and slamming of the toilet seat. Additionally the music is so loud I assume to drown out the busy street traffic. I would if I could recommend this business, but I can’t because as soon as became settled the toilet flushed.

As someone who is currently, serving in the United States Army, getting an hour and 30 minute Deep tissue massage is the way to go for recovery, after any intense training. Jessica did an amazing job by targeting mostly my upper traps and lower back especially with my calves by getting rid of all of the knots and trigger points.

Been to many massage places and Royal Thai Spa is by far my favorite. They always accommodate my needs, booking is easy & pricing is fair. Definitely recommend! Jessica is my favorite here, but they are all good! When I was pregnant I would come monthly for a pregnancy massage (life saver)! Love this place!

Called in to make an appointment they wanted my cc on file. I walked in and explained I wanted a deep tissue Thai massage that I’m use to getting at other establishments. Curtains and massage tables was not like a traditional Thai massage, massuse did not understand English and massage did not feel good at all. After less than 15 mins I left and was charged $20. If your paying $100 for a massage you want it to be well worth it I won’t be coming back here. This is a regular massage place that should be charging around $40

Never going back! I had a family emergency. I called to cancel my appointment. They informed me they need a 24-hour notice. Apparently, there is no 24-hour notice for booking. I just booked an appointment 2 hrs before the appointment time. I have no idea how I can cancel an appointment with a 24-hour notice when it was just booked hours ago!! They didn’t inform me about this 24-hour notice cancellation policy when I was booking!!

Went for a Swedish couple’s massage. It was very relaxing and refreshing. Professional massage parlor with great customer service. Very well kept and hygienic place with privacy. Lisa and Sarah did an amazing job .

My husband and I frequent this massage spa. We try to treat ourselves and go once a month and it is so worth it!

Pat, the owner, has really figured out how to hire the best masseuses! They all get the pressure right and are always open to adjustment if you're not shy about letting them know.

I've recommended and have brought a handful of friends to this spa and I'll be continuing to do so!

Best massage spa in the east bay and always so reliable. We love this place!
