I recently had the opportunity to enjoy a Swedish Massage at the spa and it was figuratively exactly what the doctor ordered. My therapist was Jessica B. and she was incredibly professional, welcoming, and accommodating to making my first experience as enjoyable and productive as possible. After a few weeks of increasing, unexpected stress, this visit to the spa provided a much needed reset both physically - thanks to an expertly-executed massage and remediation of tense muscles - and mentally - compliments of the wonderfully-serene atmosphere across the entire spa, and the kindness and engagement of everyone working here. I definitely left in a much better body and head-space than when I arrived, exceeding all of my expectations and I'm looking forward to my next visit hopefully very soon. Thanks!

I recently had an incredible experience with Jill at the retreat for my massage. From the moment I walked in, the clean and calm environment set the perfect tone for relaxation. Jill was exceptionally knowledgeable about lymph drainage and its benefits, particularly in relation to infertility. Her expertise in visceral manipulation was evident, and I felt reassured knowing that she has helped many families conceive after struggling with infertility.

Mia is the sweetest and does the absolute best job every time I get a pedicure. The staff is just amazing for nails. Astrid did a remarkable facial and really takes time to help with individual skin concerns. She goes above and beyond and has good recommendations. My friends and family noticed after just ones facial.

Oh what a lovely time at The Retreat Day Spa! Today was my first time having a facial and massage, and I absolutely loved it! I had Astrid Falcon for my facial and she is wonderful! She is so nice, informative, and is very comforting! She does beautiful work and even gives you her suggestions afterwards to maintain the work she’s done. I also had Heather Kendrick for my massage, and she was great too! That massage was very refreshing! I loved my entire day and I highly recommend them!

The Retreat is probably the best spa in the Birmingham area. The staff are always so personable and professional. I just had one of the best massages I’ve ever had, the only thing I would change is that I should have done 90 instead of 60. They have amazing products and it is always so clean and relaxing.
