We had the connected couple hot stone massage package with champagne and a snack platter. It was sooo relaxing. Massages were great. The atmosphere of the whole spa was very calming. The salt room with hot tea was very relaxing. The flavored water was fantastic! The hydrobed is a must try. The sauna was the perfect temperature. All over a great experience!

Wife and have both been members at Dolce Vita for quite a while. We own two businesses downtown and thought we would try this location out instead of the location at Ranchharrah. It’s a nice place and quiet on a weekday. However, time is valuable and for the therapist to come find me 15 minutes after we were supposed to already start our session is not acceptable. What made the experience worse was him offering an hour instead because now I wasn’t going to get the full 90-minutes I had signed up for. There was no acknowledgement of a mistake or even a ‘sorry we screwed up’ by anyone on staff. Definitely making me rethink our memberships if that’s how their staff is trained and they apparently do not value their regular clients.

Great place for a locals get away or party. Wonderful service from manicurists and masseuse. The drinks were pretty darn yummy too! Love the pool deck too. We were there in May and the weather was perfect. Highly recommend!

I told Gina having a massage with her was like the first time I ever flew first class and never wanted to fly cabin again. She spoiled me so badly I can never go anywhere else again. Gina was very attentive and made adjustments to make sure my neck issues wouldn’t be problem. I felt like I was going to float away afterward I was so relaxed and happy!

A perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. Upon arrival I was welcomed by Sophia and given a tour of the facility, everything is gorgeous and serene.
I received a 50 minute massage from Adrianna and it was absolutely incredible!
The additional amenities such as the sauna, jacuzzi and salt room were the icing on the cake.

Overall, all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with any questions I had. I can’t wait to come back and enjoy myself again.

Lovely spa nestled in the Renaissance Hotel. Had a massage followed by a facial.

The masseuse did a great job and even spotted some old sports injuries, and showed ways of how I could finally overcome them.

The facial was a delight and I came out feeling and looking a refreshed person.

The next time I visit Reno The refuge is on my to do list!!

Jennifer is AMAZING, perfection she made me a plus size person so comfortable! My best friend took, myself and my cousin here for a Galentines Day experience. Everyone at this spa was amazing! Also I have an amazing best friend!!
