Beautiful destination, service was good. Front desk was happy and helpful. The spa desk receptionist not so much. Service was nice although my massage therapist wore gloves? They no longer offer access to the hot tub unless you purchase a day pass.

I booked a massage with hot stones, after receiving a gift card. I arrived 20 minutes early as advised on the website. I waited in an uncomfortably cold room for approximately 20 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment time.
The massage with Audriana was excellent. (I would give her 5 stars) However, I was informed after that because things were really hectic, I could not receive the hot stone treatment that I had booked. I was very disappointed.
I was promised I would receive a complimentary hot stone treatment on my NEXT visit. While this was considerate it did not make up for the long wait and the unexplained inability to have the stones during my massage.
Additionally, no one showed me where/how I could purchase a drink or food (as indicated on website)
Did not meet my expectations.

Beautiful venue in Livermore wine country. My deep tissue massage with Katie was FANTASTIC. She has such an intuitive approach to her massage, and addressed all the right areas, as I had just come off running a half marathon! I also got a targeted facial with Hope and really enjoyed the facial plus products used.

Spa day with friends. Lovely resort...in what feels like the middle of nowhere. Excellent staff. Laid back environment.

Wish the inside of the spa had space to sit, relax, talk. It's pretty small. But weather permitted it's lovely outside.

Restaurant has minimal food options, but food was good. Nice wine list.

Highly recommend the deep feet massage with Sonya!!!

We had an appointment set after 3 months of trying to get in and called ahead of time that we were running a bit late due to issues with baby and they were horrible! They had no empathy at all and that women Patrice is the worst, she needs some classes on customer service and customer retention because she was not helpful at all. We were ok in getting less time for our appt since we are respectful to the massage therapists time but she said absolutely not. Please do yourself a favor, do NOT waste your time& money, they are not great people to deal with specially Patrice.

The pool was a dream to hang at and the surrounding area is a beautiful backdrop. I had an amazing massage with Katie!! Highly recommend for a day away for peace and relaxation!!. Will be back.

The Purple Orchid is my favorite slice of heaven. Rhiannon & Derek are the perfect hosts/owners. Such a beautiful place for wine tasting, olive oil sampling and so many other things. Love this place.

If you're searching for an intimate, warm, and cozy place to stay, I highly recommend PO. From the moment I walked in, I felt right at home. Derek was an absolute delight and incredibly hospitable. I can't wait to return!
