Not sure the HOA is focus on serving a better neighborhood and community or find excuses to fine neighbors.

They fined my 4 year old girl. Totally nonsense

Great neighborhood. There used to be a lot of flies a few years ago due to the farms. As these farms have moved further away the flies have pretty much vanished.

The city is going through a lot of new developments.

Although we bought our home in “The Preserve”, we’re technically not. After the excitement of getting a tour of that beautiful community, they checked and saw I was just out of the Perimeter. Bummer!
We do have 2 pools though, one super dirty and the other one that has a gate that never opens using the fob. Yay for paying 3 HOA’s!
Positive note, neighborhood is quiet and safe…

This preserve at Chino features a stupendous pool. The staff here are quite sagacious and benevolent, ready to help any community members in need.

I always utilize their gym that’s open till 10PM. Many equipments to use! Nothing egregious here, only perfection.

Wow, what an unexpected surprise! I had not been in the community center before. The place has everything! The kitchen is amazing, two stories of fun and banquet rooms with all the fixings. The pool was beautiful and clean. The parking was ample. I have been to many "community centers " but none as friendly and complete as this.

Very upset with our HOA the only thing they know how to maintain is the actual park house and pool. But they are unable to handle simple requests as far as maintaining our public streets. They are more dedicated to handing out fines than paying attention to what actually needs to be serviced in our community. When we do call in they don’t even give you the courtesy of calling you back. They want you to do all the leg work for them. They want me to take pictures of what needs service instead of getting out of their vehicles and actually making an effort to see what needs attention. I thought the point of the HOA was so we don’t have to weed out yards and remove dead bushes. What does the HOA actually provide. None of their services are being rendered for what we pay for.

My review only reflects the service I got from Jamie Cantos! Jamie is the only one at the HOA I can confirm provides quick responses and actually cares about helping.

Beautiful! It looks a lot like Homecoming at the Preserve, where I live. Until yesterday, I didn't know it was a residential community. Very picturesque. I was glad to be working there but I didn't get a chance to visit. I plan to though. Was a good day
