This place is pretty amazing! The kids will be entertained for hours while parents can sit back on the comfy chairs and vegetate. 😀

My only complaint about this place is the ventilation. If they are not cooking, the air inside is fine. But if you go during times where they are continuously preparing food, the cooking smell can get pretty overwhelming.

Outstanding facility for playtime or birthday parties. We recently hosted a birthday party at this location and Tres, our party assistant, was absolutely fantastic. He was able to help us get the room ready and kept the party moving, allowing us to focus on our guests. We had already been to two parties prior at this location and the guest perspective is what convinced me it was an excellent location. I'd highly recommend this facility for a party or simply a play date.

✨Toddler Parent Review✨

I am so sad because I so wanted to like this place but it just wasn’t it for us.

Cleanliness: I went through the 4 and under crawl/tube and it was DISGUSTING under there. You can clearly see. There are toys, trash, and a layer of dirt and grime that’s about 2 inches deep. The vinyl on the climbing structure was discolored a yellow green color. Yuck. Someone allowed their kid in 4 and under play area to bring in a juice box. Then spill it all over the slide area. I spoke to the worker in that area and she looked up from her phone to tell me “oh yeah I saw she had juice over there.” Then she went and cleaned it up, thankfully. There was also a leak in the AC that was dripping on the floor tiles and causing a small puddle to form. There was a huge yellow extension cord rolled up and shoved between two of the little play houses. There were pieces missing from the floor tiles so you could see the concrete floor underneath and dirt was caking up in there.

Food: I honestly am just over places that won’t let you bring in food for your toddler. I get it for older kids and such but toddlers and babies are picky and you don’t have baby food on the menu. You have fried food and kid food. Which is great but not toddler or baby friendly and I can’t bring in my own. So maybe just plan on spending $3 for an applesauce which is about all that’s on the menu for little kiddos. Or plan on leaving to eat and coming back.

Rules/Staff: my 21 month old wanted to play in the 18 months and under section because they had a ball pit. There were no babies in there but they had the section zip tied off. So I asked if we could come in. She asked me how old my kid was and I said 21 months. She said no. Which okay whatever, except the same rules don’t apply to the 4 and under section. There were 9 year old kids running around and throwing plastic and wooden food and hogging the toys saying they belonged to them. I actually ended up having a few conversations with those kids asking them to stop and asking if they could please share. Then I asked how old they were because they were obviously not 4 or under. Yep, 9 years old. No parents in sight and the worker in that area just watched them throw stuff and even hit a kid in the head and said nothing. Unfortunately my kiddo also wanted to play on the bigger structure but I “wasn’t allowed” to go with him and he was “too young”. Plus it was absolutely nuts in there and I went on. Tuesday mid day. Weird.

Vibe: extremely loud, better for big kids maybe, expensive, no concern for safety or cleanliness. Big huge comfy chairs for adults to sit in everywhere, basically encouraging parents NOT to play with their kids and to just sit and relax.

Overall: If you have older kids plus also a toddler I could see enjoying your visit here more. But I wouldn’t come back here and pay the $18. I’ll stick to kids empire where it’s clean, I can keep my stuff in lockers for free, and it’s quiet and my toddler can enjoy everything along with me. I like to play with my kid.

All of this being said, he still did have fun as the eyes of a child are much different than our jaded eyes.

Awesome place for kids and super clean too! Worth the cost and unlike other play places, my kids don't come home sick from this one. Workers are constantly cleaning and redirecting kids when they don't follow the safety rules but not in a mean way. Plus you can leave and return the same day without additional charges. My kids absolutely adore this place

Had my son's 4th Birthday party here and it was awesome . All of the planning with Ashley was great but Tres was an amazing party organizer. They had everything taken care of for me and it gave me the time to spend with family and friends instead of having to worry about everything. Will definitely be returning to this establishment for future party and or get togethers !

This place is AMAZING! We took our 2 and 4-year-old little loves here and had the best time! All of the employees were so kind and friendly, it was shockingly clean (considering they serve food and this is a place for kiddos), and it was FUN! My hubby and I went all over the place with the kids; we were able to go everywhere that they were, and it was a blast! The slides were slippery, and the little town was adorable! They had this really cool projector where kids can stomp on the "screen" and play games. From start to end, it was so awesome. Also, parents are included in the kiddos' ticket. I think for all 4 of us, it was under $30. Other notes: The bathrooms were big and clean; they give you and your kids "invisible stamps" when you arrive and check them when you leave, and there's a gate keeping kids in the building (if you're a vigilant parent who isn't using this place as a babysitter, it should be fine—a nod to another laughable review, lol). It really was awesome, and we can't wait to go back again! Much luck! ✨️

Ps. Bring grippy socks, or buy some for $3 (I bought some for myself and legit have worn them several times since we went, no slip, no joke) 😉

Pss. Just went back for our second time, still amazing! When you buy your ticket, its good for ALL DAY! You can come at 10, play, play, play, go home and let your little ones nap, and COME BACK and play some more, all the way until closing at 8!
