Average Opinion:

Some customers mention that the restaurant offers a refreshing spin on vegan or vegetarian dishes and that portions are well-sized for an airport location. However, some feel that the prices are a bit high. One notable point is that a surcharge is already included in the bill, so tipping is optional. Overall, the Plant Café Organic is a good option for those looking to dine in an airport setting.

A spin on vegan or vegetarian. A bit pricey but the portion is good for an airport spot. No need to tip already a surcharge on your receipt. Tip extra if you want to. Got the breakfast burrito and it was filled with black beans potatoes eggs some cheese. This did fill me up. I say check it out.

I ordered the chicken cobb salad that is pre-packaged. It tasted pretty fresh, but was missing the cheese that is supposed to come with it. The price of $18.00 is also insane for the amount you were given. The employee that took my order was nice!

Breakfast burrito marketed with salsa and an option to change the eggs to pesto tofu. When I tried to order the tofu instead, they said they couldn’t exchange it and can only be added for 5.75. No thanks, I’ll take the egg.
When I received the burrito I clarified if it had salsa in it, the woman looked at me blankly. I asked, “it’s inside?”. She nodded.
The breakfast burrito is a sad excuse for food- tasteless, bland, and immensely over priced.
Potatoes. Beans. Egg.
Nothing else.

Waste of money and calorie intake.

Friendly, welcoming staff. All of the menu options are displayed so you can figure out what you're ordering. Everything looks fresh. We got our wraps really quickly. Employee kindly repackaged our order so we could get the wraps we ordered in our bags. Great spot for a vegetarian/non-meat sandwich.

The spicy Thai tofu wrap is one of the worst things I've ever tried. It was dry, bland, and the ingredients were terrible quality.

After I asked what the Thai tofu was wrapped in, I was told it was just wrapped in lettuce. It's not, it's wrapped in lavish bread. Wheat/gluten is not listed as an allergen, and lavish is listed as an ingredient (but none of the individual ingredients within the lavish are listed) so it's possible that it's a gluten free wrap? (Maybe?) But I'm allergic to yeast, so I couldn't eat the wrap whether it was gluten free or not. I unraveled it to try to eat the rest as a "salad," but it was SO disgusting that I threw it all away and got food somewhere else.

The coffee was great, but the service was awful and the ingredients are not properly listed which I'm pretty sure is illegal

quick and fast but not worth the money at all. I paid over $15 for a “organic” chicken avocado sandwich that wasn’t worth $2 at a gas station. It was already made, looked old, was dryer than sand, and tasted awful. This is the last place I’d go to eat at the airport. Disappointed that I wasted over $25 here.

This is my go-to spot for a veggie burger when I'm flying through SFO. A little pricey but in line with other airport food, and worth it if you're vegetarian or looking for something a little healthier. Don't be fooled by their "sweet potato fries" though, these should by no means be called "fries" - more like sliced, steamed sweet potatoes, with no seasoning, yuck. Stick with the burger, and maybe get some fries elsewhere if you're craving them.

Tofu costs extra at “Plant Cafe.” Why!?
I got the quinoa bowl, which tasted great. I was surprised that chicken was free, and tofu was a significant extra fee. At a plant-focused cafe. It was disappointing.
