Wow, this place is wonderful! Beverly is a very kind and accommodating hostess who was able to add me in for an extra night last minute. She made delicious breakfasts every morning, and provided great tips and tricks for things to do around Atlanta. It’s in a perfect location near lots of cute restaurants, shops, and multi-use paths for a pleasant day out. The porch is amazing, and weather permitting, you should definitely spend some time on it. The bed was comfortable, the rooms were clean and super cutely decorated. This was the epitome of Southern Hospitality. ☺️ I’d highly recommend , and I hope you decide to stay here when you visit Atlanta!

I can't enough good things about our stay. Beverly is a truly wonderful hostess. The house is gorgeous. Sitting out on the porch in the afternoon was so nice. The breakfast was really good. The location is absolutely perfect- walkable to Krog Street Market, and very drivable to all the Atlanta highlights. Highly recommend and I look forward to returning at some point.

Beverly, the owner, is fantastic! She provided excellent tips about Atlanta, enhancing our adventure. The house's location is a standout feature, with walking access to activities like the Beltline Trail and numerous dining options.
What sets this B&B apart:
-Close proximity to Beltline great choice for runners and walkers.
-Thoughtful amenities tailored to visitor needs
-A Keurig machine conveniently located in the room next door
-Dishes of candies placed around the house for a sweet pick-me-up after a long day out on the town.
Tip for explorers:
Rent a bike or scooter to experience the city at a slower pace. Leave your car parked and enjoy a more leisurely exploration of Atlanta.

The Peach House is a beautiful home! We got the Peach Blossom Suite and it was a gorgeous spacious room. The private balcony deck was super nice and relaxing after a long day walking around at attractions and such. Nice quiet neighborhood and lovely cool breezes made this a fabulous spot to relax in the evenings with a cup of tea. The claw foot bath tub was also a great way to relax each evening with nice hot water a plenty. The breakfast were delicious! There was an issue with the AC the first night but the owners/caretakers were on the issue quickly and the problem was resolved the next day which we felt was very timely and professional. All in all it was a great place to stay and we would absolutely come back if we are in ATL again.

Great location, very nice hostess, wonderful breakfast two mornings in a row, lots of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Yes, it's black owned and yes, the art and pictures adorning the home and rooms is African-American oriented which I, as an older white fella, found to be wonderfully different and atypical. But my black wife sure did find it cozy and hospitable--as she should have! White or Black (or other!) this is a nice place to spend a couple of relaxing days outside of the franticness of the downtown area, which is less than 15 minutes away!

We stayed for the weekend and had an incredible experience! Communication was fantastic and the contactless check-in was seamless and went with no issues. We stayed in the Peach Blossom Suite which was spotless. We received a text each morning when breakfast was ready at our chosen time, both breakfasts were delicious! We were sad to check out with how wonderful our entire stay was. We even forgot a stuffed animal, and as we were about to pull away an employee ran the plushie out to us. We already can’t wait until we get to come stay again!

The lovely young lady who made our breakfast each morning was so pleasant, welcoming and simply sweet!!! She makes the best scrambled eggs! Such an amazing property in every way. Exceptional front porch, very quiet and peaceful environment, clean and well decorated. We stayed in the large suite and it was a dream!! So lovely... especially the very roomy bathroom, gorgeous fireplace and large walkout balcony. We would come back if I'm ever in Atlanta again! By the way the neighborhood is sooooo beautiful, safe, gorgeous and is close to everything!

We booked this place because of its proximity to the Eastern, so for us the location was perfect. The room and service were less than, the WiFi does not work at all. The response I received when I called about it was “my apologies” but no resolution. The room was very dirty, surprisingly so even. The extra pillow was laying on top of a pile of dust at the bottom of a really small armoire and there was a piece of used dental floss by the bed. Piles of debris that had fallen from the wall were on either side of the tv on a ledge. I get that it’s an old house but the piles didn’t grow any over the 48 hours we were there, it felt and smelled like no one had been in the room a quite some time.
