Our son and now daughter-in-law had their wedding here. The venue was wonderful. The staff did a phenomenal job. The wedding party rented the house on the grounds. Old world charm with modern facilities. Bring out in the country away from the noise and busyness was so relaxing. We ventured outside in the evening to gazed at the stars. What a lovely place to begin memories of a lifetime.

I just got married at the Pavilion a week and a half ago and it was absolutely beautiful!

Everything was absolutely stunning and the aesthetic inside is just incredible. It worked perfectly for our romantic winter theme. We had a wonderful experience touring, booking, and planning with them and we even rented the Copperstone Inn for our wedding party to stay at as well. (The Copperstone is 10s across the board by the way) Since we got married in January we moved the ceremony time earlier to allow us to have more daylight and I really appreciated how flexible they were with our schedule.

The reasons I am giving 4 stars instead if 5 is because
1. You have to use their caterer which we felt was rather expensive. However, we did get a lot of compliments on the food though so that was great. Also I am a very picky eater and they made a more plain chicken dish for me which was very kind.
2. Hors d’oeuvres and late night snacks- we couldn’t just choose one plated hors d’oeuvres to save some money it, was two or nothing. Also we wanted pizza for late night bites, but they wanted 14$ per person for gourmet pizza. They were generous enough to come up with a pizza option because it wasn’t on their menu for late night bites, but to be frank, no one is concerned about gourmet food at 10 at night with an open bar, they want cheap greasy food and I could have bought each guest their own pizza for 14$ each.
3. They didn’t provide any transportation from the Copperstone to the venue - they only do so in the warmer months -which was a bummer because my wedding planner had to shuttle the entire wedding party using one of our guest’s SUV.

Overall we had a wonderful experience and everyone working there was very helpful. (Shout outs to Lexi, Stacie, Jill & and one gentleman who’s name I did not get!) We were able to set up and decorate the day before the wedding which was a huge, huge help.
My main wish was that they allowed some flexibility for late night snacks from other vendors. But that is a small sacrifice we made for such a beautiful and unforgettable wedding.

Its a skip and a hop to get to the place, but it makes for a nice drive to rockton /south Beloit. Close to the borders of Illinois and Wisconsin but feels far away. Only 15-20 minutes to hotels and main express ways. The location is great, already setup for ceremony and the banquet celebration;outside and inside. Wide open spaces, with an actual apple orchard. Pleanty of parking and still space for walking and a pond, patio and great little Hill.
Inside is high ceilings, large fireplace. Full bar, large bathrooms and well arrange. Stain polish concrete floors, large wood beams, power window blinds for sun control.

Food was good and was able to enjoy specific needs to service without concern for allergies.
Specially likes the salad incorporated an apple slice and apple vinegrate. Would have like to see it be more of an apple them as the orchard in more dishes.

I captured a wedding at this venue this summer, and let me tell you, this place has everything! There are spacious getting ready areas, plenty of locations for portraits, and the staff is amazing. I highly recommend considering this venue for your wedding.

We cannot say enough about The Pavilion, Lexi, Jill, Stacie, Nikki, and their team. Our wedding was everything we could have dreamed of and more and it is all thanks to this wonderful venue and team of people. Nikki is the best wedding coordinator there is, making us feel comfortable and confident and just incredibly helpful every step of the way the last 4 months. Jill and Stacie made catering easy! The food was all INCREDIBLE and our guests have still not stopped talking about their dishes.

Overall, we cannot recommend this venue enough. It is gorgeous and the perfect canvas for anyone's big day.

When my now husband and I went on our first tour, I knew we were going to get married here. It is gorgeous and everyone here is so incredibly helpful in making our day as seamless as possible. We fell in love with the venue, Lexi was super helpful answering all our questions on our first tour and all the emails afterward. The exclusive catering was steller! People are still saying it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. The preferred vendors list is also super helpful, I found all of our other vendors on there and it made planning super easy. I HIGHLY recommend this venue as it is beautiful, scenic, and all the staff were absolutely amazing even in January!

I photographed a summer wedding at The Pavilion and it was so lovely! The staff and other vendors were so friendly and helpful. Make sure to checkout their vinyard-like tree garden, that was my favorite spot.

I was fired after three years of working here. The apparent reason, was because I poured a shot. After they reviewed the footage, they took back their statement and said that my pour sizes were too big. This was all done in the middle of the wedding, they kicked us out and were entirely unprofessional. If you would like to have a wedding ran by a bunch of teenagers, this is your place to go. They also only hire family members now.
