Had a great self care day today and a much needed massage. Owen was new for me but I didn’t mind a male doing my massage. He did an amazing job. See you in two weeks Owen THANKS A MILLION 🙏🏾❤️

We went there for a $45 foot massage. There were four of us. The total we tipped was $28 or about $7 per person. They chased after us, bluntly said we did not leave enough tips. They didn’t even ask how was the service but demanded for a tip of at least $10 per person (that’s like asking for a tips above 20%). I said we ran out of change. So we were forced to tips another $20 or $48 total ($12 per person). I believe tipping should be at will not by force. If you want a tip above $10, at least put a sign so people know upfront. Their tipping tactics is shady and this practice should be reported to the BBB.

Came in for the 70 mins body + 30 mins foot combo massage but the body one only lasted ~60 mins, not to mention my masseur stopped and went outside for a lil more than 5 mins halfway. The foot massage wasn’t that satisfying either. I still tipped her at the end anyways but tbh the customer service could’ve been a lot better. Two of the male staff kept staring at me from across the room as I was done with the foot massage and getting ready to leave. There were barely any customers on a sat morning and I was the only woman there which made me feel super uncomfortable. The place is clean and well maintained. Other than that I won’t be back.

I have been going to Nana at Paradise Spa once a month for the past year. She is my go-to massage therapist and is great at her work. I run and bike long distances, and Nana knows exactly the right pressure to release every knot and lactic acid. Drink lots of water afterward. Nana will not disappoint!

The massage was really good relaxing and I love the hot stones. Rose was my masseuse and she was great I would definitely recommend coming back here again
