As a solo woman traveling, I felt very safe at this boutique hotel. Because it's a former lodging house, it's not set up like a normal hotel with a lobby open to the public. The exterior doors lock automatically which made me feel secure in knowing that only fellow hotel guests would be in the building and I was able to sleep soundly. The room I stayed in was spacious with a comfortable bed, it had a lot of personality with some awesome antiques. The caretaker was hospitable and welcoming, as were the fellow guests. I loved getting to meet other guests over coffee in the morning. The hotel was also a convenient place to stay because of its semi central location between a lot of businesses and sights.

We booked the Oliver house and it was the best decision of our trip. Bisbee was amazing but the stay was the best part. The staff was extremely welcoming and the other guests were super nice. Even though there is shared bathrooms there are enough of them that we never ran into a problem of having to wait and they were extremely clean. You can tell the staff put a lot of effort into the presentation and cleanliness throughout the building. The only downside was that it is tough to find parking. If you are considering booking here over another location don't look further and reserve your room here.

The staff was very nice, and the building/decor is quaint and charming. No TV or phone or refrigerator, but they aren't really needed. Continental breakfast was packaged pastries, oatmeal, cereal, fruit/yogurt. It was very nice to have a water cooler at your disposal, very handy. Make sure to request a room with a private bath if that's what you want/need. Also note that the rooms don't have individual thermostats, so the temperature is determined by management. Overall, a very nice stay in a convenient location close to the main streets in town.

We booked 4 rooms at the last minute and it worked perfectly. Rooms all had king sized beds and were comfortable. It was a nice and relaxing stay but we had plenty of time for the mine tour and and trip to the museum. We were on bicycles so I can't say how easy it was to park, but the operator has it figured out. There are suspected paranormal activities in the hotel but we didn't see nor hear any.

Clean place right downtown perfect spot, fun vibe in there too, the owner is nice and accommodating. They keep it clean too i can tell... only negative part was the rudest human I've ever encountered in my life worked at the desk when we called and the way he treated us was as if he thought he was so much better than us and now that we had payed and pledged our money, that he could just say whatever he wanted to us because we couldn't cancel, he tried to ruin my girlfriends birthday and laughed in our face. Luckily we don't care what someone like him has to say anyway and the owner was very nice and sorted it out so don't let that keep you from staying here it's a great place

Stayed here 3 nights. Great spot. Old school boarding house style spot. Shared washroom. Very quiet. Bar and restaurant on 1st floor. Lots of outdoor chillin spots to lay low and relax, all overlooking the city from above. No issues.

The hotel is great. It feels like a real old west experience. The rooms are just a bed and a lamp. If you get a private bathroom, it’s pretty bare bones. But, it’s nice and it’s clean. The decor is also fun. Supposedly 26 people have died in the hotel and it’s still haunted by at least some of them. While we were hanging out in the lobby area playing cards in the evening two ghost tours came through. I heard that you should try for room 13 if that’s your jam. We haven’t actually spent the night yet, but maybe we’ll have a ghost in room 12. The location is good and the staff were super helpful.

Here’s a polished and more engaging version of your post:

I had the pleasure of visiting The Oliver House this month, and I must say—it was an experience like no other. The house is beautiful, clean, and filled with cozy warmth, yet at the same time, it carries an eerie, intriguing, and spine-chilling presence.

Locals refer to it as the "26 Souls House", as legend has it that at least 26 people met their fate within its walls. Let me tell you—it lived up to the hype and then some. I spent nearly five hours inside, and I was on edge the entire time.

From its gorgeous antique furniture and historic decor to the creaky floors and unexplained noises echoing around me, the atmosphere was absolutely haunting. And for those who enjoy a little thrill with their drinks, the house even has a beer & wine speakeasy called "26 Souls," open on weekend evenings to the public.

If you love haunted houses, paranormal intrigue, or just historic gems with a story to tell, this is a must-visit! Would you dare to stay the night? 👻
