We had an amazing time at the Oaks! We spent a whole week. Lisa, the general manager and I am assuming owner, and Cheryl and her husband, maintenance manager, were super friendly, helpful and careful.

The whole site was spot clean. Pool and bathroom houses were always clean, organized and super comfortable. My dogs enjoyed the dog park and the woods around very much! We don’t have kids, but the kids area is awesome and pretty new. We felt safe and cared for.

The camping site is 5 minutes away of banks, drugstores and a small open mall and 7 minutes from the town square. Very good location. Andalusia is also the cutest of the cities! Very much worth the visit!

Thanks guys! We hope to see you again very soon. 10/10 recommend.

We came to stay at The Oaks evacuating during Hurricane Helene, and it was so great! The site hosts were so pleasant to talk with, and the place is just SO beautiful. My kids and I had a great time down by the pond fishing, and they loved the pool area and playground. We will definitely plan a trip to come back just for the heck of it!

Site was a level concrete pad that was clean and everything worked fine. Enjoyed swimming pool two days with no one else showing up. Trail that circles pond/lake that our furry friends loved. Definitely will return. A little pricey though, $55 a night and check in time was 12 noon and check out time 10 am which was very short seeing that the place was 90% vacant.

We stayed July 4th weekend. The staff was nice, very nicely shaded dog park, and easy pull through RV pad. Pool was small for the number of people. They provided a fun water slide for kids. Saturday night had a Bluegrass band and fireworks.
Definately will come back again.

We lucked into this rv park while evacuating from the coast due to a hurricane. The Oaks is great! The rates are very reasonable and the campsites are the most generous I have ever encountered. The pool area is very nice, there is a nice children’s playground and a good dog park. Highly recommend this rv park!

We stayed here for a week and it was great. We picked the site for our camper in the shaded tree area. The bathrooms are large and clean with a toilet, shower, sink and bench (and air conditioned). The pool is only 3 feet but the kids (age 11 and 14) had a great time playing it. The playground was great for our kids as well, with some equipment there for older kids (including a small zip line). The location is close to town. The laundry area was small but adequate and half the price of the laundromats in town. Highly recommended this campground.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this campground this past weekend. We rented cabin 7. The ONLY complaint we had was no TV in that unit. We had brought card games with us so it all worked out. If we are in the Andalusia area again and need a place to stay, we will not hesitate to contact Lisa again.

We stayed in our motor home at this beautiful property. They are really doing wonderful things at this old gem. Sites well laid out and hookups in great shape. The bathroom\showers were private and pristine. Dog park shaded and practical. Plenty of areas for walking dogs. A child’s paradise! The zip line and 3 foot pool got worn out. Many different swings.
Management was friendly and helpful. It is off the path , but worth the drive. We road our mountain bikes around the fishing lake. Lots of gravel so no hybrid tires!
The pavilion was perfect for our birthday celebration.
