We had the best time at The Neighborhood Hotel - Lincoln Park for a sister trip! The location was absolutely perfect—walkable to Wrigleyville and surrounded by so many fun things to do. We spent a full day exploring Lincoln Park, visiting the zoo, the conservatory, and the nature museum, all just a short walk away.

There were great spots for food, coffee, and drinks literally minutes from the front door. One night we stayed in with takeout and a movie, and it felt so cozy and relaxing—like a home away from home.

Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable place in a vibrant Chicago neighborhood. We’ll definitely be back!

Apartment style hotel was very awesome. Complete with full kitchen and washer and dryer, two full bathrooms made the trip even better. We all plenty of room with our each room and pull out couch bed. Thank you for everything. Will definitely stay again.

If you are considering staying here, do it, you won’t regret it! Staying here felt like we had our own personal apartment in Chicago. We traveled with 4 kids, so we really appreciated all of the space the rooms provided. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean. Having a full kitchen was really convenient. We even had 2 full sized bathrooms! There was a lot of fun places to walk to. My kids said this was the best hotel they have ever stayed in. We can’t wait to go back.

The location was really great! So many shops, restaurants, bars in walking distance. The mattress was so comfortable and everything was very clean. Nice little goodies all around the Coach house. The host was so nice and they have provided all the info you need to have a great stay. We will definitely be back!

Loved our 4-night stay in Lincoln Park. We could walk to restaurants and shops easily. We took Lyft into the city and also rented bikes to explore. The apartment we had was on the 3rd floor. We enjoyed the lively activities on the street and at the bar next door, and we just turned on the white noise machine when we were ready to sleep. Plenty of space, good bathrooms and kitchen.

Excellent experience - my son and I stayed for a few days to do some fishing in Lake Michigan and see the Chicago sights.

The check in process was easy, friendly, and flawless. Our room was clean, well stocked with supplies, and had helpful written instructions on every appliance.

The area was nice with plenty of parking in the area once I figured out how it all worked, lots of places to eat and explore, and a safe, walkable, and lively area. Had an absolute blast during our stay and the hotel was an integral part of that. Highly recommended!

We had never been to Chicago before and were there for just a couple days. But we loved our stay at The Neighborhood Hotel. Everything in the room seemed very intentional and thoughtful, from the amenities to the decor. They provided a helpful field guide for the hotel and surrounding area. They were quick to respond to any questions we had. If we ever come back to the area, we’ll definitely book there again.

We’ve stayed at the Neighborhood Hotel in Lincoln Park a couple of times and were very satisfied each time. The decor in the 1800’s building is modern and cozy, the kitchen and bath are nicely appointed and check in/check out and communication with management was super simple. The rates are reasonable for the area and there are loads of nice dining options within walking distance. If you’re unable to do stairs, the two bedroom unit we’ve used is on the third level.
