I read comments complaining an Asian lady working there.

I can deal with most of the people in the Park house property management except the Latino Lady. She was very mean and chasing my 4-year-old daughter in her entire party. She asked her not to leave the rented room. My daughter was very unhappy and finally followed her instructions. She still deducted money from our security deposit because we left the rented room. She was sooo strict and mean to the kids who are ONLY 4 years old.

This is a bad and unhappy experience. Be very careful if you have event here.

Please be make sure you can comply 100%,

I don’t want to bias or be racism. This will make more racial tension. I have a feeling they discriminate against kids, people who of color cause not everyone is treated the same.

They are quite strict for their policy on contract. All the adults stay in the room, only our kids were going to another billiard room . I asked them to leave the billiard room immediately. My daughter left the billiard room. They made our kids very unhappy. They still asked for our money after we tried to comply with the rules.

My 5-year old said next time don’t invite this lady to her birthday party. I told her she was not invited. That’s the property management lady. The landlord watching you all the time during your party. Our deposit was partially forfeited
