Excellent stay for the price, a good value. Hotel is lovely; rooms are clean and equipped with refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker; staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is bagels, pastries, cereal, instant oatmeal, fruit cups and fruit juice and a variety of coffees and teas with nice fireplace heating the room. It is unfortunate that the marina is closed but there are parks and recreation and restaurants within walking distance.

We are currently staying at the inn. We had booked six nights but will be leaving after one. We have stayed here several times in the past and loved it. It is not what it once was. The marina is permanently closed so our marina view room was a view of a marine wasteland. The breakfast that was simple but quite adequate is now a protein deficient array of sweets in cellophane. There is otherwise cereal and milk, bagels, coffee, a bowl of fruit. The parking that was free now costs $18 nightly. The inn remains clean but shabby. The best were the staff who were friendly and helpful. We will pay our cancellation fee and move on to a Hampton that has a real breakfast and free parking at a slightly lower price.

I stayed at this hotel recently, and honestly, it’s gone downhill since the last time I was here. First off, the stuff in the room is super old, and there’s literally nowhere to charge your phone or laptop. Plus, the bedsheets are rough and scratchy, definitely not comfortable.

I’ve stayed here before, and it used to be much better. Parking used to be free, but now they’re charging $18 per night for a single car. That’s insane—like downtown San Francisco prices! For this location, it feels way too expensive.

The noise was another huge issue. The walls are so thin that I could hear every step the people upstairs took. It’s impossible to relax.

Breakfast was super disappointing compared to before. Back in the day, they had four tables packed with food, but now there are only two, and one of them is just coffee and drinks. There’s barely any real food, and zero protein options.

And then there’s the parking lot. I guess they’ve got some kind of system to patrol for illegally parked cars, but there’s this loud voice or sound blasting all night telling people to move their cars. It’s so annoying, and it kept me up.

Oh, and the bed and pillows? Totally uncomfortable. Honestly, I don’t think I’d stay here again.

It's very old and more like a motel than a hotel. The main lobby has a leak in heavy rain. The best thing I can say is that the room was clean. I liken the bed to sleeping on an ironing board. You can hear people talking in the adjacent rooms. The floor is uneven in the room. The room fridge isn't cold. The hair dryer didn't work. Took forever to get hot water in the shower. There aren't enough electric plugs in the room, so there's a power strip / surge protector tacked on the side/ under the desk. I literally could keep going. The 'Marina' is permanently closed, as it's in total disrepair. An eyesore. You have to pay $18 /day to park in the hotel parking lot. There is no breakfast to speak of unless you like individually packaged pastries or oatmeal. Coffee only available during breakfast hours. The evening (female) desk person was very nice. Oh, but you get a free cookie each night.

Their website says they have free shuttle to the airport, but the TRUTH is: they don't have it 24/7. FALSE ADVERTISING. I had to pay much more for a Lyft ride, so I could have stayed at a Marriott, a much nicer hotel, and received 24/7 shuttle service for less money.

Terrible service from Victoria in the front desk. Kind of racism. She is using her authority to make things hard for you, staying within her responsibilities.
I am strongly suggesting not staying in this hotel unless you know rules or laws well

More like a motel. Old, worn out mattress killed my back. wifi is non-existent. $18 per day to park my car. Old fixtures with no USB plugs, dated facility. The marina is closed. The area is getting seedy. It's clean and the staff is nice but I'm not returning.
