The perfect spot for our intimate wedding! My wife and I knew we wanted to do a smaller wedding in the interest of having a memorable experience with close family and friends, as well as keeping costs reasonable for such a major stepping stone in life, and The Lytle House was perfect for what we were looking for. Robyn and Michelle were absolutely amazing to work with leading up to the wedding and on the day of; They are absolute masters of their domain and knowing how to get the look we wanted out of the spacey, as well as enhancing some of our vision. Between meeting for the walk through, setup meeting to drop off everything needed for the day, and even picking up our items the next day, our wedding was a breeze because of Robyn and Michelle. They provided an amazing photo booth that our guests spent plenty of time in taking photos, and we got copies the next day as well. Their space has plenty of space to keep guests occupied between photos, dancing, mingling in the courtyard, etc. without feeling too empty, or too crowded. If you're looking to have a wedding with 80 people or less, make it this place; It was perfect!

My wedding at the Lytle House was a dream come true, largely thanks to Michelle. From the moment we arrived, Michelle's calming presence made everything flow smoothly. She handled all the details with grace and ensured that the day was stress-free for me and my partner. The venue itself is stunning, with its charming ambiance and beautiful decor, but Michelle's exceptional service truly made our experience unforgettable. Her professionalism and warmth were invaluable, making our special day even more magical. I highly recommend the Lytle House for any event, especially if Michelle is there to guide you through it!

The Lytle House was the perfect location for my wedding. It was the first venue we looked at and was the clear winner. The space is gorgeous, both indoors and outdoors. Not to mention that Robyn and Michelle are both lovely people and made everything so easy. All of my guests loved the space and gave tons of compliments. My one piece of feedback is that it would be nice to have been able to end at midnight instead of 11:00pm. Some weddings may not need the extra hour, so perhaps it could be an add-on option with an extra charge. I definitely would have paid it because my guests were not ready to leave, which is just a further testament to the amazing setting that The Lytle House provides.

We had our wedding here this weekend and it was perfect - would recommend renting for any event big or small. I came across Lytle House randomly and loved the look in the photos. It is even better in person! The design, landscaping, lighting, and industrial chic aesthetic can be dressed up or down for your look. It is frankly gorgeous ‘as-is’, though.
Also loved that we had a number of different photo backdrops like ivy/brick inside and out/frosted windows/murals for professional shots before the ceremony and didn’t need to travel elsewhere to get various looks.
Robyn and Michelle were both amazing, super helpful and available in the planning stages, and have a great list of suggested vendors to work with. We used Amazing Edibles Catering, Anna Held Floral, DJ Jena Nixon and Basic Invite from their list, and all were unbelievable and worked very well with the venue. They are familiar with Lytle House and will tell you exactly what you need for the space and your vision.
Robyn and Michelle also act as day-of coordinators, setting up/breaking down decor. I can’t sing their praises enough, and it was a huge relief on such a hectic day to have an extremely reliable and involved vendor to rely on!! Perfect in every way!!

I attended The Lytle House for an event in August and was completely blown away. I had no idea what beauty was hiding just behind those doors on Broadway. Its’ stunning landscaping and beautiful mural were what captured my attention before seeing the gorgeous industrial interior.

The Photo Booth, fireplace and seating areas were thoughtful, with lots of flexibility on the inside. The bathrooms were very clean, but also had hand rolled wash cloths for drying!!!!

My partner and I loved the space so much we toured it for a potential wedding venue. The owners were more than accommodating and so easy to work with. They were prompt, patient, and went above and beyond when looking for vendors/accommodating budget.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this very special yet hidden gem.

We are so happy that we decided to host our wedding at The Lytle House— it was the perfect size for a small wedding with our closest friends and family, and we continue to receive compliments about our big day! 🥰

The venue itself is beautiful, offering indoor and outdoor settings for our mid-September wedding, which allowed us to perform our ceremony and have cocktail hour in the garden, followed by our dinner and reception indoors.

The owners, Robyn and Michelle, went above and beyond to make sure everything was executed to my very specific groomzilla 🤵🏻‍♂️🦖 vision. When we arrived at the venue, I was instantly brought to tears seeing how it all came together. 🥹 #Stunning.

I cannot say enough good things about The Lytle House, and Michelle and Robyn. What an absolute gem of a venue. We just had our wedding there, and it was magical. The venue is beautiful, cozy, intimate and unique. Michelle and Robyn are such stellar human beings, and were so helpful, kind and amazing. As a local wedding photographer, I hope that each inquiry I get is for the Lytle house. It's so clear from the moment you walk in how much love Robyn + Michelle put into their space. You could not find two people more dedicated to this place and to their couples. Their gorgeous, private outdoor space combined with their unique and super cool indoor area makes the Lytle house a true haven amongst the urban sprawl. I cannot wait to photograph many more weddings there! xx
