We stayed for 2 nights and it was a wonderful experience! Rooms were clean and comfortable and everything was super great!
I did have some troubles with the booking because of their new system however I would like to specify that the owner did an excellent job and resolving everything and being super hands on with the whole situation. It was very nice of him. He fixed everything in a timely manner and was very responsive.
I would 100% stay here again when I come back for any concert or event!

$55 for parking is absurd and it’s only valet. Stayed a few times here recently. Receptionist Bri is always so nice and respectful. Has a nice gym and clean rooms. First time I stayed here got a room next to the elevator and couldn’t sleep and got woken up all morning. Can’t leave window open because the airplanes are so loud all day and night. Has a restaurant attached but service is horrible. Receptionist had a mad face and bartender took 10 minutes to acknowledge us and another 15 minutes for our 2 drinks.

I booked a day room to stay near LAX while the rest of my family was arriving. The hotel was easy to get to and had very nice rooms and bathrooms. The pool and hot tub looked inviting. The garden areas were well maintained. The employees were very friendly. Just one note, this is a valet only parking option at $55/day.

Very grateful for the 5 star check in from
Ernie. He went out of his way for a warm welcome upon check-in, he personally made sure our room was ready before giving us the keys, and handed us a nice bag of waters and some welcome treats. Made our first stay worth it, and we’ll be back again because of his hospitality.

This hotel has a very cool, modern vibe. Check in was a breeze and staff was super friendly (shout out to Brianna!). The pool was sparkling clean and my kids loved the huge hot tub. You really can’t beat the location!, especially if you are going to an event at SoFi

I haven’t experienced the rooms or location yet, but I have experienced 5 star customer service. Ernie for the win. I had a scheduling issue arise today and he took care of me with incredible patience, kindness and understanding. It was a wonderful teaser to what I hope and anticipate to be a really great stay next week.

Overall a great stay. We were going to a football game and it was walking distance. Highly recommended for location alone!! The staff are very friendly, the work out room area is good though a couple of the cardio machines were not working. We stayed 2 nights and had the service room sign out at 10am but never got service. The coffee machine did not work either. A call to the front got towels and a new machine brought up pretty quick so not a huge deal. Uber will deliver you but sometimes not pickup, requiring walking a couple blocks to the east parking lot.
