The unexpected stay in Williams ended up being our favorite part of the trip. The Lodge is centered along the main strip and is walking distance to everything. It has quaint throwback style to motels of what I remember from childhood but with the amenities of today's world. Clean rooms, comfy beds, and friendly staff. It was perfect for our evening stay before heading up to see the South Rim a little more than an hour away. They do offer a complimentary contemporary breakfast but we opted to go to another local place within walking distance.

This was the coolest little lodge if you enjoy Route 66, and I do! The rooms are decorated with Route 66 memorabilia and southwest desert pics and they look great. Rooms are clean, big and I loved that the blanket for the bed was a coleman sleeping bag!! There's parking in front of your room for easy access to unpack and repack your car. Sabrina, Sierra and Jaime at the front desk are wonderful and have great customer service! There's a little gift shop and breakfast area at the check in desk. Gift shop has some great locally made items.Breakfast was hot and delicious. I chose this hotel for location and for not being a "chain" hotel and I was not disappointed. The customer service here is wonderful and they are sweet and kind. That goes a long way with us. Absolutely recommend this place for an old school Route 66 vibe which is what I was looking for.

Perfect spot for overnight, queen rooms are small but clean. Breakfast consists of hot and cold selections. Location ideal for shopping, bar hopping and dining.

This is NOT a 5 star hotel. I think we all knew that. Kitchenette has no table. Beds are uncomfortable. Bedding is minimal. Refrigerator door was very delicate and didn't want to stay shut. HDMI ports on the TVs do not allow gaming systems. Tried 6 ports between 2 different TVs, 3 different HDMI cables, and yes, changed input on TV. Thought maybe it was our xbox. As soon as we got home tonight, tried the xbox and it worked perfectly. What "5 star hotel" doesn't allow you the comforts of your own home? I'm disabled. Recovering from hip surgery. This trip was for the wife and kids to sled. I was holed up in the room and planned on passing time with the xbox. I couldn't because they didn't allow it. In the end, the place was nice. Location was good. Room was comfortable. But, way too many issues for a self proclaimed "5 star hotel" for me to not leave a review. We will be back in Williams. We come twice a year. But, we won't be staying here.

What a wonderful and charming little hotel! Friendly staff and the rooms are updated and very clean! We were pleasantly surprised y the free breakfast and coffee. The lodge is within walking distance to all that Williams has to offer. Would definitely stay here again.

We had stayed at The Lodge before, back in 2017, so had to get a reservation there again this time. It is quiet, beautifully refurbished. Front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. Breakfast area is a bit cramped, but the quality of the motel more than makes up for that.

Went there for my birthday just to get locked out of my room for over an hour In the cold. Me and my girlfriend were both wearing our night clothes and the employee wasn't answering the provided number for over an hour until we finally got help. They were not informed it was there shift stated the morning employee then somehow made us feel like it was our fault. Very unprofessional and seemed like they didn't care for anyone.
