It was a struggle looking for the perfect venue to host my father’s 60th surprise party until I came across The Liven Room! It was a great space for intimate gatherings and loved the atmosphere and the decor - very modern and elegant. I had emailed Michelle where I asked for recommendations on anyone she knows that can decorate which she suggested Rae Lou Creative. Rae Lou Creative and I were working on ideas for my dad’s surprise party and I mentioned to her I’m open to any ideas as Ive seen her amazing work and trusted her. These two are phenomenal at their jobs as they worked together to set up the tables! Michelle was very communicative! I did text Michelle regarding about dropping stuff off a day earlier but unfortunately storage was full (understandable even though I had to come up with a plan B and hired my whole family to come help set up the buffet/bar/and favor bag area) but Michelle and Chyrel (Rae Lou Creative) stayed to help us set up! Overall, I absolutely recommend renting this amazing place and hiring Rae Lou Creative! My family absolutely loved the space and the decorations and set up.

I used a random website search to discover the Liven Room. I immediately sent Michelle, the owner, an email to inquire about the venue's availability for a bridal shower. She answered every email I sent her with promptness. The location is wonderful, perfect, and just the right size for the bridal shower I threw. For a little charge, Michelle assisted us with a few setup tasks on the day of the wedding shower. The information they offer on their website is all rather accurate. Michelle went above and beyond for us in every way. On the day of the event, even though she wasn't required to, she nevertheless assisted me in unloading a few big items. Extremely pleasant, accommodating, and simple to work with. There is plenty of on-site parking. There are chairs and a table available. Place includes a speaker. I will surely reserve the space for any further activities.

I had my bridal shower here last week and had an amazing time! Michelle was quick to respond when I initially came in for a tour months ago and gave lots of ideas and tips. Booking was easy and the venue is already gorgeous so there isn’t much decorating you need to do. Highly recommend!

This is a great spot for smaller groups under 40 ppl seated (Bridal or Baby Shower, Small Weddings, etc...). Michelle was very easy and wonderful to work with. The space has all the tables and chairs you'll need, plus a parking lot. We had my bridal shower there and DIYed most of it and it turned out lovely in her venue. All the guests noted that the venue was easy to get to and park at and everyone thought it was such a great space! I hope we can work with Michelle and The Liven Room again in the future!

We rented out the livin room for our friends surprise birthday party and enjoyed our time and the venue. Michelle was great to work with. Michele was extremely helpful with the planning and helped answer any question we had. She was also very knowledgeable and well-acquainted with the space. Michelle let us stop by and do a couple different walk-throughs and helped by offering some suggestions. The day of, she had everything set-up that she said they would so our caterer could come in and do the finishing touches. Everything worked out perfectly and we were very pleased. We didn't want to leave so we gave Michelle a late night text asking if we could pay for an extra hour... of course she said yes!!! Thanks again Michelle for making our friends Birthday so memorable.

We held my sisters wedding celebration on a Friday. Michelle was there to greet us and was extremely helpful!!! The space was the perfect size for a group of 40. Highly recommend. Looking forward to booking again for future events.

We rented the space for my sister bridal shower. Everything worked out perfectly. Michelle the owner is the best!!! She was very easy to work with. We were able to decorate the venue exactly how we wanted it. The place is very clean. We will definitely rent again!
