We recently stayed at Langham and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The service was top-notch—every detail was attended to with care.||||The valet team made arrivals and departures seamless. One of the highlights for us was how accommodating the hotel was for our little one. They even have a playroom on the 8th floor, which was a wonderful surprise.||||The property itself is stunning, and the amenities truly live up to the "luxury" label. From the comfortable rooms, outstanding dining, health club, and swimming pool, every moment of our stay was a delight. We can’t recommend Langham enough.

We stayed for a city trip over spring break and upgraded to the club lounge. The food, snacks, drinks and service up there are unmatched if you want to stay in the hotel a lot which we did for swimming, spa and because the weather was so so. The location was great for walking to many attractions. One of the downsides was the pull out sofa bed in the suite. It definitely should be replaced at this point and didn’t provide sufficient support for two little kids. For the price, I would expect more on that front. Otherwise, it was a luxurious treat to get away from home for a few days. The pool was fun for the kids and the workout facilities are very nice. We stayed here about 9 years back and there are only a few spots showing wear, overall it is a very well maintained hotel and the staff are a delight, particularly in the lounge.

Very nice hotel. We had a deluxe room that had that classy feeling. Great staff that was very pleasant. The bellhops were helpful, fun, and friendly. There is plenty to keep you entertained nearby. The House of Blues is right across the street for example.

Let me start by saying this locations upkeep is decent. The bed was comfortable and room is very large with a tub which is amazing.
Now the main issues of why I will not repeat this experience anytime soon is the following:
1. The room has no air flowing once all the light are off (or at least the one I was in)
2. The lavender scented pillow I ordered barely smelled of lavender
3. The room is not soundproof to the hallway. There was a conference that let out right in front of my room, a noisy dog they barked constantly and children running up and down. It was annoying
4. Ordered a grilled cheese and they did not double check if I wanted the tomato paste that came o it which just ruined it for me

Now please know i reported these items to the front desk the next morning and they removed some money off the cost of the night. So customer service is excellent I would say.

So with that said I do not plan to return to this location.
Once again it was my experience but someone else’s might be better. I just felt the cost was not equivalent for the experience.

Expecting a similar room to my last stay, I was impressed to have been given a corner room with beautiful amenities. The washroom facilities included a bathtub and comfy floor towel. Perhaps this seems silly to mention, however it is these details that make the stay. I look forward to my next visit to the Langham, Chicago!

Wonderful hotel! The rooms were elegant and the staff were polite and helpful to a fault. Finally, both Travelle and Pavillion were exceptional for dining. Having stayed at other 5 star hotels in Chicago, this was our favorite.

Everything here exceeded expectations. Amazing views, great location, and peaceful rooms that you look forward to coming back to.

The best part, though, was the people who work here. They elevated every experience we had with thoughtful details in every aspect of our stay. The club staff especially went above and beyond treating guests like they were special and making a great memory for us.

Love this hotel so much. It’s beautiful, service always exceeds expectations, and the rooms are just the absolute best. The entire staff from valet, to housekeeping, to front desk, everyone is just so friendly and welcoming and make your stay amazing. Anthony and Kirk, thanks for always taking care of us! Also the beds are super comfy.
