We booked one night at The Landing Tahoe Resort & Spa, but a heavy snow storm left us stranded on the road. Under this unexpected circumstance, we called the hotel staff late at night and requested to reschedule our stay. Carlo and his manager were incredibly helpful, coordinating our last-minute request and rescheduling our reservation for the next day. They even allowed us to check in early at 11:00 am when we arrived the next morning. Our stay was wonderful, and everything was perfectly set up in our room. Huge thanks to Carlo and all the hotel staff for their understanding, patience, and exceptional hospitality!

Had a wonderful stay with my son. Kevin and Charles were gracious hosts. Very convenient having a shuttle to town to not deal with parking. Great location to walk to the beach with trails close by. Sweet potato gnocchi was perfect. Heated pool for kids to burn some energy. Can't wait to come back!

Jimmy's restaurant is amazing. The food was incredible, the service was fantastic and the view was unlike any other place in Tahoe. A must try! We had the rabbit and it was delicious 😋 and a hot toddy 👍🏽 definitely check it out for a sunset experience, so romantic!

The Landing is a great hotel, staff is wonderful (especially Charles!) and rooms are okay. Biggest issue are the beds… there was a massive indentation in our bed, clearly it was very old and needed replacing. My husband and I are still aching from the stay. I also heard someone else in the spa saying the same thing about the bed in their room. Had the beds been more comfortable it would have been a lovely stay!

Our trip and stay was amazing! Our suite was even better than the internet photos and very clean. I must say we have traveled quite a bit and this staff stood out. They were so helpful and went above and beyond!! They were always greeting us with a smile and always happy to help. A special thanks to Stephanie, Charles and Serafina!! Very cozy place. Nice rooms comfy beds and the food at their restaurant is amazing! Staff was great and they even offer a free shuttle service. I'd say the ONLY downside to the room is it kinda had a mold /basement smell when you first walk in the room. The other think is the air conditioner makes a loud dripping noise that comes from the sink in the bathroom due to them plumbing the a/c condensation line into the same pipe. It sounds like someone is tapping on the wall every few min. Luckily the sound goes away when you shut it off. On a side note the bathroom is amazing and has heated seats!!!! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

My wife and I stayed at The Landing Lake Tahoe Resort & Spa for our 10 year wedding anniversary. The room was nice and had a nice tub and shower as well as his & her sinks. We ate at Jimmy's and enjoy dinner there on our first night. We used the spa facilities the following day and enjoyed that. We went on a 4 hour lake tour on the Monday of our checkout date. We definitely will be visiting Lake Tahoe again in the years to come.
