This was our first trip to the White Mountains. Janet and Greg were AMAZING hosts! They made a point of staying up to greet us even though we were arriving late! Our room was over the top beautiful, comfortable, impeccably decorated and oh so cozy! We needed a weekend of total relaxation from our busy schedules and lives and received just that! They were able to accommodate one of our "special requests" that will never be forgotten ❤️. We are excited to return and extend our stay!

The Kull is so unique. 5 Stars all around! It is situated on several secluded acres of wooded land at the end of a short dirt road. The main home has been extensively updated by owners, Greg and Janet Kull over several years and the attention to detail pride in their work shows on so many levels. The rooms are beautiful, well appointed and comfortable. The Breakfast is a feast to behold! Exciting additions and amenities are in progress and we look forward to that with our next stay. They have 3 well mannered dogs on property and they were a nice touch of home. Thank you to Janet, Greg, Nora, Turk, and Zeus for sharing your home and friendship with us. You made our 45th Anniversary very special!

Beautiful location and amazing hosts! This is our third stay at The Kull, we love the serene ambiance and location. Greg and Janet are so welcoming and kind, the breakfasts are delicious, and of course my daughter loved running around with the pups. Janet really focuses on the little touches in the rooms that elevate the stay from a regular Airbnb rental to a luxurious B&B experience. Thank you for another unforgettable stay, we can't wait to return.

Quiet, beautiful location from your normal daily noise. End of dirt road that borders on reservation land Hosts, Janet and Greg, could have been your friends since forever.
Accommodations were perfect. Never heard other guests. Own patios etc etc etc
Janet prepared all breakfasts from scratch. No “store bought” items on menu
We stayed 3nights. “Now back to the real
World”.

The Kull B&B is one of the best places that we have stayed. Janet and Greg are so friendly and the even went above and beyond making the most amazing gluten free Blueberry Muffins and Coffee cakes for my wife since she is gluten allergic - I recommend you ask Janet to make them for your breakfast even if you do not care about gluten like myself lol.
Their location is close to everywhere and everything that you might like to go. All the hiking trails, lakes, restaurants and more.
We will definitely go back and will recommend this place to all our friends and everybody.

Greg and Janet Kull run the best B&B in the White Mountains! Their breakfasts are outstanding. The accommodations are first rate. We are picky about B&B’s and we have been back three years in a row so that tells you something. Our latest visit was super! We saw Elk and wild horses right outside their lot line. So quiet at night. Just crickets lulling you to sleep. The owners can give you daytime itineraries if you need them. Or just relax on your individual porch. It is also a great escape from the heat of the valley in the summer. We always enjoy meeting new people at breakfast during our stay. Don’t miss the fresh air in the White Mountains and this fantastic B&B!

This is one of my most heartfelt reviews, I feel in love with this Bed & Breakfast. The location is nestled in the woods. You have a private entrance, reserved parking, the grounds are so nicely kept. I cannot say enough about the hosts, Janet and Greg & their sweet dogs. Their hospitality had me feeling like it was my Birthday, and I was staying with my best friend! The rooms are very uniquely decorated and sparkling clean. The bed was super comfortable, linens and towels super soft. They even have luxury robes! There are many special touches, handmade soap & lotion, gourmet coffee & tea. I even had fresh flowers in my room! The Breakfast is just on another level! So beautifully prepared and served at a great big table on real plates and napkins. DO NOT MISS BREAKFAST! Janet has a book in each room that tells you about all the hiking in the surrounding areas and some information about the local restaurants. I took their recommendations and had a wonderful time. It is my "Go-to" place to decompress and appreciate nature. I even saw wild horses roaming around the back of the property! I can't wait to go back. It is truly a one-of-a-kind Bed & Breakfast. A Gem in the woods of Pinetop, AZ.

First impressions matter and this charming oasis in the trees of Pinetop impresses indeed. Janet & Greg were wonderful hosts and made us feel welcomed from the first moment. Relaxing environment with the guests experience at the forefront of everything. From the rooms, decor, food, and personable engagement, we had a permanent grin all weekend long. We felt like we had been known by them and their fur babies, Nora, Turk and Zeus for a long time. We highly recommend this experience to everyone. We will be returning again as our couples get away out of the summer heat. Thanks Kulls!
