Very comfortable inn within walking distance of downtown Napa. Made to order hot breakfast presented beautifully. Staff is friendly and aims to please. Especially nice inn if you are traveling with several friends - there is room to gather. We would use this inn again.

This isn’t a big, fancy hotel, but it is a very nice bed and breakfast type establishment. The rooms were very nice, and we had one with a spa right in the middle of the room. Very nice. We had a great breakfast each and every morning at 8:00 sharp and the location was super close to everywhere we wanted to be. Staff was friendly and the pricing was just right. Will be back!

Fantastic find in downtown Napa, the rooms are spacious most have their own large tub in the middle, which is so unique. Beautiful mansion house and delicious made to order breakfast included. Highly recommend!

Delicious breakfast each morning. Charming and comfortable bedroom consistent with that of an historical home. One suggestion would be to offer filtered water or complimentary bottled water daily. We enjoyed the very friendly breakfast staff and great chefs in the kitchen!

We really enjoyed the Inn on First and the innkeepers were so wonderful. It was the perfect spot to rest and reset. Service was excellent. Rooms were spacious, very clean and well appointed. The breakfast was the absolute best part of our stay. We will be back!

Gorgeous inn with a gorgeous garden patio. The made-to-order breakfast was fabulous. Thoughtful touches everywhere. The parking in the back was super convenient. Room was a bit smaller than I expected, but very clean with everything you need. Great value for the price!

This was our second stay at the Inn and it doesn’t disappoint! Breakfast is superb and served in very lovely outdoor setting…. Location is perfect for walking to town with great restaurants and shops yet also easy auto access to wine tours!!!

The woman running the place remembered our names and faces and immediately recalled that my wife was strictly vegan. Made avocado toast on sourdough, fresh salad, fresh fruit and coffee. Everything tasted like the food had just been picked from the farms down the road.
The room was spacious and clean.

It had a Jacuzzi but the jets didn't work (or maybe I just wasn't doing it right)

It's a 10 min walk from downtown with great restaurants and a 7 min drive from a great shopping center.

We will be recommending and returning to this place soon
