Sheets and towels were clean. Mattress was comfortable. Plywood floors. Exterior pretty run down. Mold smell was pretty overwhelming.

Went down for a girl's overnight stay. We have stayed here on two other occasions in the past 3 years and always thought it was a great value and very well taken care of. However this year we had issues with our reservation due to the availability of choices on the website. I would have rather called a number to make sure everything was kosher. When we arrived the place was not as clean as we had remembered, the kitchen items and stove were disgusting. The outside was rundown and when we tried to sit outside on the deck we were surrounded by wasps when this could have been easily avoided with a little TLC.
We have always been very satisfied with this place until this year. Is there new management? The beach area was trashy, the dumpster was overflowing and smelly. Our consensus is to find another place next year. So sad!

This isn't a hotel you go to for its parks or it's amenities. You come here to visit beaver lake, and the hotel is just where we stay. It's not the nicest, cleanest or best by far, but it adds to the experience of beaver lake

Bathroom door handle doesn’t work (lock or shut) tv remote doesn’t work on the top half neither does the tv lights don’t work you have to do cheat codes to make one of them work the room smells like smoke and we only had one towel that was clean one of them smelled like mildew and had grass on it so we were stuck with one towel for four people the back deck used to be a pool that they just lumber over to make a “deck” and the mosquitoes were terrible while you sat on the deck from all the water left over from the pool the only thing good was the roof over our head. The pictures are deceiving I wouldn’t be paid to sleep here I wish I could rate a negative number

The sheets were not clean. Hair and stains all over the sheets. Dust and cobwebs all over. Bugs inside by the kitchenette. Dishes were disgusting. Was not cleaned before we arrived. Also beware you need a ten digit code sent to your email so make sure you can login to your email. and nobody is on site if there is a problem.

The Heartland Chapter of the Antique and Classic Boat Society had a day cruise on Beaver Lake on Sat Aug 16, 2014. I stayed at the Inn and was thrilled about the check in process. There is none. You make reservations on line and they send you the room access code. The bad thing is there isn't an office or any emergency contact #'s. I didn't have hot water the first nite. So after driving from OK, spending a few hours on the lake then to the room for a cold shower. The service at the Marina isn't any better. The main job of the young man that I had to deal with was to sit on his butt and do as little as possible and he was very good at it. Any info I got was like pulling Hen's teeth. I'll not go back.

We went there for 3 days over the independence day holiday. First night there I woke up with 2 inches of water on the floor. I had to drive into town to call the marina emergency number because there is no cell service or Wi-Fi. I had a laptop as well as other items on the floor. All ruined. They cleaned the place up to where it was habitable but refused to pay for any damage. Wouldn't even offer a discount on our 3 day stay. Bad management. Stay away from here.

What a lousy place to do anything ! A tent with holes in it woul provide better lodging. And what about the local food outlests... uh, ... bring your own food and a way of cooking your own food you brought with you. Fishing was average, everything else combined woould ne'er measure up to average...
