If you are looking for a private, comfortable, getaway for two in Galena...the Stable Studio at The Inn at Felt Manor is the PERFECT spot! For the cost of a standard hotel room, you get so much more. Great location near Main Street. (It is a steep stair climb.) Extremely comfortable bed. Huge shower. Very private. The Hosts are amazing. It will be the only place we stay in the future when we go to Galena.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the newly renovated Stable Studio, attached to the Coach House. Incredible hospitality, beautiful room, unbeatable view, and extremely walkable from downtown if you can handle the stairs/incline. Very short drive downtown if you can't. Would recommend to anyone coming in to stay in Galena for the weekend. Helped us have a fantastic mini-moon.

Had the absolute BEST stay at Felt Manor this past weekend!

First of all, I have to mention the food because it was AMAZING! The attention to detail and overall quality and taste was the best I’ve ever had, not only at a B&B, but breakfast ever.

The location was perfect to have a view of beautiful Galena and still be walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops.

Finally, I have to mention that Alex and Geoff are the sweetest, most hospitable hosts EVER! Trust me, if you need anything at all they will be happy to help!

We had a wonderful time during our mother-daughter weekend at Felt Manor a couple of weeks ago! Ashley & Audrey were fabulous hosts. They've created such a warm & inviting atmosphere with delicious, multi-course breakfasts, impeccably clean rooms, an impressive 4:00 wine & charcuterie, and fantastic, friendly conversations with the innkeepers in this beautiful, historic home. As someone with dietary issues (both gluten & dairy free), I can honestly say, Ashley's breakfasts were some of the best meals I've ever had!

Planning our next stay as we speak! Alex and Geoff definitely made us feel at home. I looked forward to breakfast and happy hour each day we were there! The food is to die for❤ Recommending this place to all family and friends of ours! The rooms at The Inn at Felt Manor are beautiful and well kept. Our room was clean and the service was a 10/10! First trip to Galena and definitely won't be out last!

It was great! Love the remodel. Nice blend of original and new in the Coach House. Everything was taken care of for us. Nice view of the sunrise and we had a couple deer walk thru the back yard Sunday Morning!

The home has been perfectly preserved. Alex and Geoff did a great job making us feel at home. We arrived in time for happy hour and enjoyed some great wine, delicious finger foods and sweet treats. Breakfast was divine, Eggs Benedict and malt waffles were better than anywhere we have eaten. Enjoy the sprawling views of the valley from the front porch with a cup of coffee. Main Street is easily accessible by foot, just a couple blocks away. When staying in Galena it is important to immerse yourself in the rich history of the town and this place does just that.

The Coach House was perfect for two couples! It was beautifully redone and a fun place to stay in. It was clean and ready before normal check-in time, which was convenient because we got to Galena early afternoon. Lisa accommodated our every request and solved our one small issue immediately. Looking forward to seeing the main house completed and enjoying all the amenities that are normally offered. We will be back!!!
