This hotel is amazing. The staff treats you like you are family. The hotel feels super homey just like visiting grandma/grandpas house. The decor is super cool. I left my gold chain and didn’t realize it til 3 days after and they had it there when I called. Super honest people they even went ahead and mailed it to my house. Definitely great experience staying there. Next time at Williams we are definitely staying there.

We stayed in room 19–Innkeepers quarters 2 room suite. It has a very comfortable and had a well equipped kitchenette. We heated up leftover pizza and made hot tea one evening, which was perfect on a cold winter night. The bathroom is narrow but was clean and worked very well for us. The king size bed was comfortable and we slept great. The continental breakfast (yogurt, instant oatmeal, rolls and fruit) suited us perfectly and we ate at the table in our room.

Excellent Historic location. This stay has inspired me to find more historic hotels to stay at. Unique stay that was very enjoyable. Thank you for this opportunity. Stayed here with my two teenage boys last month. Wonderful place to stay. Lots of history. Nearby Pine Restaurant (delicious) is a few steps away. Very nice innkeeper that had family that lived in my town all the way across the country. Very personable and want to make your stay comfortable. Recently under new management and have only heard amazing things. This is an old inn. You are here for an experience. Lots of comforts but keep in mind it is the oldest hotel in Arizona. Thank you for a wonderful stay Historic Grand Canyon Hotel

This hotel is a fun experience. It’s apparently the oldest hotel in Arizona and while parts of it such as the bathrooms have been renovated, you definitely still get some 200-year old historic vibes. The location is great for visiting the Grand Canyon and also Sedona is not too far. There’s a light breakfast available in the morning which we did not expect so it was a nice surprise. The staff is very friendly as well.

Booked this hotel for my stay in the Grand Canyon. It is absolutely the cutest, most charming and quaint hotel I’ve ever stayed in (I’ve been to 20+ countries). There’s so much history about the hotel, and even snagged one of the old books from the library to read up in my room during my stay. Everyone who worked the front desk was incredible friendly and genuine! They were so caring and had a wonderful positive energy. They welcomed conversation and you could tell they care about the relationships they curate with their guests; even if they have a short stay. I really miss that kind of customer service/hospitality. You don’t really see it much anymore.

Being in the lobby or library of the hotel, felt like being in my own home, which I’ve never felt in any boutique hotel or hostel I’ve stayed in. Such a comforting feeling this hotel brings. And it’s only a one hour drive to the Grand Canyon. A very easy and beautiful drive! The rooms really are not small as some reviews stated to prepare for. The room was absolutely perfect! My grandparents and I felt we had more than enough room in the queen suite with two beds! I loved the no TVs in the hotel. No distractions, just good books and good conversations and many memories to be made.

The town is super adorable too; feel like you are in a western movie with all of the history and original buildings. A double whammy being on Route 66 with cute diners!

Overall the hotel was clean, tidy, and was such a friendly and warm stay. Would come back here in a heart beat!

My husband and I stayed here for our trip to the Grand Canyon. Even before we arrived, everyone was so helpful! I had called because we were likely to get in after the front desk closed and I also wanted to arrange a surprise for my husband’s birthday. The manager Brittany was so helpful in arranging accommodations for both of these.

Debra at the front desk was so nice to talk to and very helpful with anything we needed while there.

The hotel itself is adorable and charming. It’s an historic building so the floors creak, the walls can be a little thin, and it looks a little worn in places but that just adds to the experience. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the Grand Canyon. The town of Williams is nice and this hotel is right in the heart of it with many places to walk to.

I can’t say enough nice things about staying here and would definitely return. Excited to see all the improvements they’ll be making in the future.

I was thrilled to step into a beautifully decorated historic hotel experience. The friendly staff, especially the manager, made the stay even better.

The spaces evoke the guilded age and you feel like you are getting a peak at historic luxury. The library is a great room for conversations or to play games with the family.

The rooms are all unique with a variety of configurations. They are smaller than modern hotels, but you come here for the authentic historical character. The beds are comfortable and the spaces are clean. The bathrooms are new.

I'm really glad we stayed here at the heart of the downtown area. This is the best location from which to enjoy Williams.

The pillows were the fluffiest and the bed was SO comfortable!! We stayed in Room 1 of the Carriage House and it was really nice!! The location was perfect. Williams is such a quaint little town and there are restaurants, shops and much more within walking distance. Was hoping for a visit from the Spirits but they must have been busy. Would definitely stay there again!!!
