Went there today 10/18/2024 and the lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing! I told her this was my first float and what to expect. She even recommended me some choices, I am definitely going to try in the future. However 5 mins into my float the power went out. I ended up finishing my float and got my next float free! She even recommended me to a really good message place as well! 10/10
