We stayed at the Harbor Grand last night with our kids and it was lovely. It was so cozy, yet sparkling clean, and makes you feel like you’re in a 5 star hotel mixed with a boutique hotel. We stayed in the family suite and they provided a crib for our daughter and the pull out couch was perfect for our son. We had dinner at the Terrace Room & then had Ben and Jerry’s for dessert back in our room, which is a cute service they offer. In the morning we enjoyed our breakfast basket and swam in the indoor pool/hot tub. It was a relaxing getaway and I would highly recommend a stay here. We can’t wait to come back.

This is my new favorite Hotel. This will be my 2nd time staying here and everything is still wonderful! Everyone is so nice. Briana, Johnathan and Raven my husband and I love talking to you. You all are welcoming. Love the breakfast in a basket at your door, food is very delicious and tasty cocktails. Love the coffee too, not to weak or strong. It's perfect. I didn't even make a stop at Starbucks because I didn't have to. I booked a 80 minute Coast massage with Raven which was unforgettable and my body still feels better than how I got there. I wish I could get that massage with Raven in Chicago. Thanks to Cindy too for her suggestions. This is our secret getaway from the Chicago hustle and bustle. The hotel is so clean, beautiful, cozy and peaceful. Thank you to all for always greeting us with a smile.

From the moment you enter the lobby it feels like luxury. This is our favorite hotel we have ever been to. I try and book the Harbor view room because you see not only amazing boats but also the lake and sunrise/set. The rooms are spacious, elegant and welcoming. We love the fireplace even when its 90 outside. Breakfast is served to you in a basket left at your door when you requested it. To get breakfast you fill out a menu which is really easy to follow. Then just hang the ticket on your door and it'll be there at the time you decided on the ticket. The food is delicious, probably best I have ever had at a hotel. The hotel restaurant is equally as good and luxurious as everything else. Plenty of parking and you can even use a hotel pedal bike when in season to get around. If you want to fish you can do that right at the harbor as well. Local restaurants are extremely good too.

Dropped for a night on our way home to Michigan after Christmas with family. Very nice room in a lakeside hotel. The breakfast basket was excellent. The room has a fireplace and a nice soaking tub. Very quiet on Christmas night - I imagine it's pretty busy in season.

Best hotel in New Buffalo. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Accommodated my entire family easily. the hotel is gorgeous inside where it feels like a movie set. The morning room service is excellent. The restaurant and Spa are fantastic and everything you could want to do in town is just a short walk. We will definitely return next year.

This charming boutique hotel overlooks a small harbor. There is a small outdoor seating around a fir pit and in summer, outdoor dining seating as well for the Terrace Room restaurant (very good). The rooms are large, updated and have an oversized sofa. Small details are appreciated like ample lighting that have dimmers, a dining table for two and a little wet sink area. Each room gets breakfast delivered to their door. You choose the day before and hand your selections on the outside handle of the door. At your designated time, they leave a large picnic basket full of your choices! Brilliant! The other delight is that they have an emergency Ben and Jerry’s run for when you still have a hankering…you just dial a number and your treat will be delivered to you! They also have a spa/pool and bikes…love this place!

Stayed for a relaxing fall weekend with my sisters to celebrate a milestone birthday. Our stay was EXCELLENT! First off, you can’t beat the location—close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Our room had a beautiful view of the harbor, with floor-to-ceiling windows that opened up to a screen to allow in the fresh lake breeze. The upscale bathroom had a separate shower and soaking tub, and warm fuzzy bathrobes. The hotel lobby has a very sleek, modern look with cozy seating area next to a warm fire. Outdoor spaces included a sun deck (adjacent to the relaxing, spa-like indoor pool and hot tub area), patio outside of the restaurant, and Adirondack chairs in the grass overlooking the harbor. We enjoyed delicious, classy dinner at the on-site restaurant, as well as a yummy complimentary breakfast delivered to our door in the morning. The service was excellent, requests were fulfilled quickly, and attention to detail was evident.

upon arrival, was greeted by jonathan. Jonathan was very informative and kind. |I rented a harbor view room and was not satisfied with the view. I spoke with Jonathan at the front desk who was exceptional. He recognized I was unsatisfied and moved things around to a suite with a view i loved. ||The room was super nice, clean and enough space for 2 people. The pool and jacuzzi were absolutely perfect. Loved that you could see the harbor area.||I would most defintely come back. i had a great time.
