Well it started out alittle rough! But it issues was fixed! Now for it being way out they was older rooms they fix the purpose in sleeping! You only have a small frig no microwave no ice bucket! So if you staying a few days think it out!! Not even a coffee maker! But when I asked she had one to let me use! So she might have the other but I didn’t ask!! I gave them a 5 because there was an issue and the manger fixed it and she was nice!

Nothing fancy. Our room was clean and neat. Our bed and pillows were comfee. There was a microwave and refrigerator in the room and a nice size TV on the wall. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My wife needed an iron, ironing board. They had one at the office. This is a good place to stop and rest while traveling. Take into account that Reform is a very small town. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for 4 days over the 4th of July. While the exterior may throw you off, the rooms themselves are very nice and clean. The renovations that are being done really show and made the stay more comfortable. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Roomy step in shower with excellent pressure and plenty of hot water. The room is a tad on the small side, but for 1 or 2 people it would still be comfortable. Miss Debbie checked every day if I needed anything and was a pleasure to work with. Minor complaints - No place for hanging shirts and the bathroom is smallish. The shower makes up for that though! 🙂 Overall, five stars for this hotel. I will definitely be staying with them again over the Labor Day holiday.

The outside looks like a typical roadside motel, only a little nicer. The previous owner had turned it into a storage facility. The inside will surprise you. The rooms were really nice and updated. The manager was a very pleasant lady. The only real issue we had, if you could call it, was at check-in. The on-site employee couldn't be found, and the office was locked. There was a number to call on the window, and when I did, they came down and took care of us. All in all, a pleasant stay.

We booked a last minute room for my husband to go to football game. He arrived at 8:30 and the doors were locked with no one in sight. The phone number goes straight to voicemail. He was stranded in the parking lot in the middle of no where with no help. Luckily we booked through a agency and they were able to help us. Do not recommend you may be stranded like my husband was. Also super run down from the outside.

I say this is ok because I know they are trying to rebuild from storage units back to a roadside motel.
The lady at the desk was rude and there is barely enough room to turn around in the room. We chose this location due to affordability while traveling so I know you get what you pay for. A big downside for travelers is that the motel is about 40 minutes from the interstate.

I generally avoid giving negative reviees. I believe in voting with my dollar. This tome is an exception. I arrived around 420 pm. I went to office and there was a sign to call a number. A lady answered. I told her I wanted to look at a room prior to checking in. She said the attendant was picking up their child from school. I told her I'd wait. At 510 pm I called back. She said the attendant was out of cell phone coverage. I then sent a text at 5:12 pm saying I was going to eat, giving the lady time to return. Upon my return the office was still closed. I gave up and drove almost another hour to another hotel.
Make your decision for yourself, I have made mine.

If the adage "Don't judge a book by its cover" applied to a motel, this would be a great example. When we pulled up the the parking lot there was a bit of apprehension and wondering if we'd made a mistake. A delightful young lady met me at the office and gave me a room. When we opened the door and walked in the room all apprehension went away. Super clean room, nicely furnished and very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. The accommodations far exceeded what we expected.
