Taylor was an absolute blessing as our wedding venue coordinator. Her kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to listen and offer advice made our wedding planning journey so much easier. Union Station is an incredible venue, but it was Taylor's dedication that truly made our experience unforgettable.

From the moment our guests arrived, they were in awe of the venue. The food was not just delicious; it was extraordinary. The waiters and bartenders went above and beyond, making every guest feel like royalty. The entire day was filled with joy and magic, and we owe so much of that to Taylor and the amazing team at Union Station. Our wedding was perfect, and we will cherish these memories forever.

Was at a quincerara. We had a great time. Nice ballroom, spacious, and great setup. FYI, parking is off Jefferson across from the location. However, restrooms should definitely be placed on the 2nd level as the ballroom. The restrooms on the lower level need to be renovated.

As an event decorator and balloon artist, I recently had the pleasure of working with this venue for my uncle's surprise 80th Birthday Party. I was thoroughly impressed with their service from start to finish. Melissa was just outstanding throughout the night and helped me to find any and everything I needed to have a successful setup. The rest of the wait staff was fun, friendly and outgoing! I loved chatting with them while grabbing a soda and at the end of the night, they made sure we didn't leave anything behind. Kudos to Melissa's great throwing skills! Since I was also a guest of the event, I got to eat food! The Chicken Parmesan was delicious and the bartenders were friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this venue to any other event professionals or couples looking for a beautiful and well-managed event space. I WOULD jump on any opportunity to come back and decorate this naturally beautiful venue! Thanks again for a great time!

We had our wedding this month. The pictures don’t do the venue justice. Audra was amazing during the planning. Day of, Jeff and the staff were absolutely incredible. They were so helpful and there for anything that was needed. My mom told me the staff was extremely helpful and very kind with her as she went to set up last minute things, most also spoke Spanish which was the cherry on top. The bartender was also so quick and kind. Everything was beautiful!

We recently got married at The Grand Ballroom and I cannot say enough nice things about the venue, Taylor, and the team that worked that day and night!

Taylor was a dream to work with- she was always so kind and patient with us and all of the questions I had during our long engagement. She was always very detailed and prompt in her responses, willing to meet with us whenever we needed, and always presented different options and ideas! We are going to miss working with her! The team that worked the night of the wedding was absolutely amazing. Everyone was very polite and on top of everything! Whether it was setting up, taking down, service, etc. there was always someone around if there was a question.

If you are on the fence about the venue, I highly recommend that you go check it out in person so you can see for yourself how special the space is and the potential it has to be the wedding of your dreams!

I recently hosted my bridal shower here and was able to work with Taylor and the rest of the extraordinary team here at the Grand Ballroom! They graciously accommodated all of our needs (all women staff, no men present), and treated the guests and us with so much kindness. The food was also raved about by the guests and the event was so beautiful. I highly recommend hosting an event here, they truly made my dream bridal shower a reality!
