Our retreat group spent a day at the spa and it was a wonderful, restorative experience.

We canceled another hot springs booking nearby after a terrible customer service experience.

Everyone at the Good House was so welcoming, warm, and helpful with our last-minute plan change — from our first call to the whole day spa experience, it was a five-star all around.

Highly recommend Kristina for a deep tissue massage! She was extremely strong, skilled, and passionate. We loved her.

Everyone on staff that our group interacted with was so lovely. We’ll be back next we’re in the area!

We stayed just one night at The Good House on our way to a Friendsgiving weekend in Palm Springs. If only we'd had more days, but our short time here was absolutely perfect: peaceful, relaxing, dog-friendly and with such a welcoming vibe! ||We got in later than expected, but the self check-in was seamless. It was such a relief to reach our cozy room after a long drive. The next day we got up to try out the hot springs and enjoy a relaxing morning before we had to depart. The hot springs are amazing--I tried both pools and couldn't decide which I liked best. I also appreciated how secluded and peaceful the grounds were. There were many comfortable seating areas to choose from. And the breakfast was top notch! Huge shoutout to Van for being so welcoming and for making the best mimosa I have ever had. ||The only thing I would change would be the instant coffee available free in the rooms. (Much better coffee is available for purchase at the cafe.) We appreciated the tea kettle and understand not wanting another whole coffee set-up. But there are much better instant coffees out there these days than Nescafe. A place like The Good House should have a better option. But this is very minor. We are excited to return someday soon!

Wow, Wow, Wow. We went for the day spa and had one of the best massages either of us have ever had - lots of pressure points. An incredible facial - lovely clean products and a really nice facial massage. The warm pool is perfect, the hot pool is just right. All the staff were kind and welcoming. Such a gem!! If you know, you know.

This is my go-to spot for a bit of a rest and reset from LA. I love that it’s queer friendly, I always feel safe and welcome here. The vibes are quiet and relaxing and most of the rooms have a little private patio with a hammock if you like your alone time. Van is such a welcoming host and amazing chef who really makes this place worth coming back to. This place gives home away from home vibes if that’s your vibe. Pro tip: come here in the colder months where you won’t have to deal with mosquitoes and the cool air makes it perfect for hot swims.

I love this spa. Vance is an excellent host and he took care of us well. He’s an awesome person and looks after us. We stayed for a full day. They have hot and warm natural hot springs. The rooms are very nice and comfortable as well. I highly recommend this place and I will come back soon

Amazing and magical place. Came to PS for business and ended up staying here for one night. Fantastic owners/cause. Charming rooms. Beautiful grounds, locals and staff SO friendly and helpful. Beautiful hot paint pools. I’m coming back with my husband for sure!!
